Achat d un wc lavant (wc japonais).
Première panne 18 mois après, réparée après 5 mois d.attente.
Seconde panne 18 mois la première panne. Aucune réponse du Sav malgré 4 relances

Badschrank vor ca. 3 Jahren gekauft, nun schon kaputt. Laut Bauhaus 5 Jahre Garantie, diese wurde mit Ausrede von der Firma Duravit abgelehnt. Jedoch gleich ein Kostenvoranschlag zur Mail hinzugefügt.
Hier kann man den Spruch gebrauchen, wer meint in Baumärkten gut und preiswert zu kaufen, der kauft meistens zweimal. Von Duravit kann ich nur abraten, da diese Firma bei Mängeln die Garantie mit fadenscheinigen Ausreden umgeht. Rechtsanwalt wird eingeschaltet.

Duravit Senso Wasch ist eine einzige Katastrophe, ein Dusch-WC, welches nie richtig funktioniert hat. Produkt keinesfalls zu empfehlen!!! Würde heute ein Geberit wählen.
Von Kundenfreundlichkeit keine Spur.

Købte badeværelsesarmaturer til håndvask og bruser i guldbelægning.
Efter 2 måneder begyndte belægningen at skalle af.
Deres tyske eksperter siger det er pga. dårlig vedligeholdelse, så hvis I tørrer brusearmatur af efter hvert bad og ellers bare gør rent i ajaxvand, så skal I nok finde et andet produkt.
Kvalitet ikke som forventet.

Looked great in beginning but the soft close toilet seats x 2 have discoloured badly despite cleaning as advised! Then tonight while my sister n in law was sitting on the soft close seat to put his sick on it cracked not a little but right down the side and stabbed him in the bottom! Quality vs price is rubbish!!!

Ordered a wall mounted vanity unit and basin from Duravit. Nobody bothered to point out that the basin is the wrong size for the vanity unit (why they can't just be sold as a set is beyond me). We have been told that they do not accept returns for this range of basins. No clear reason why they accept returns for some basins and not for others. So we have had to purchase another basin, are out of pocket by several hundred pounds and are left with a basin for which we have no use.

Avoid this brand at all cost if you happen to have to fix anything their pieces don't use standard measurements so you'll have to buy repairs parts for more than 5 times the regular price

We had the toilet put in by the bathroom installers. We wish we had not as the toilet seat has been nothing but trouble.
In the last few years we have been through 3 as they break easily. Then to replace them is a nightmare as there are so many different models and they cost so much money. We even went to the duravit office and asked which is the correct model and they gave us the wrong model - £170 for the wrong replacement. NEVER AGAIN

ich habe ein Waschbecken mit Wonder Gliss gekauft...so ein Müll -total fleckiges Becken als würde es nie gereinigt (unsere Haushaltshilfe putzt es jedesmal und wir reiben es nach Gebrauch auch noch trocken !!! - und kein Einlenken seitens Duravit...tut uns leid nach interner Rücksprache blah blah...traugig für so ein Unternehmen...wobei mir sogar der Kundenservice geraten hat(wie auch der Fachhandel) diese "Beschichtung" wieder runterzupolieren....Vielen Dank für nix

We purchased a basin from the Duravit Happy range hoping for quality the reflects the price tag. Unfortunately, it was cast with defects and not level. A replacement was required but was some weeks to receive delivery and should have been quality checked before dispatch.

We are pleased with the shape of the toilet. We paid extra for the coating to be added, the toilets Mark very badly in the pan and seem to go Brown. My wife has tried various cleaning methods to no avail. We bought another toilet in a third bathroom made by RAK, Although a lot cheaper, it is far superior to the Duravit. Very disappointed with the product.

Wir würden nie etwas von Duravit kaufen. Wie kann man ein eckiges WC designen und verkaufen?
1. Man wird gezwungen, einen teuren WC Sitz zu kaufen, der noch nicht einmal eine soft close Funktion besitzt.
2.Unser Vermieter musste schon 2x innerhalb 1 Jahr das WC austauschen. Das erste WC, weil die Löcher unten am Spülrand nicht alle durchgebohrt waren und die Keramik schon nach 4 Wochen verschmutzt war (ja, wir putzen unser WC 3xWoche). Jetzt hat das zweite WC ein Loch auf einer Seite weniger und jetzt lautet die Ausrede „das gehört so aus Umweltgründen/Wasserspargründen. Veralbern kann ich mich selbst. Leider muss es unser Vermieter so glauben. Konsequenz: wir werden das WC regelmäßig austauschen lassen, bis wir ein funktionierendes haben. So viel zu euren Umweltgründen. Ich hoffe, unser Vermieter wechselt bald den Anbieter.

Soviel Geld für so schlechtes Produkt
Seit 2022 nutzen wir auf der Gästetoilette das Senso wash.
1. Der selbstschliessende Deckel bleibt immer hängen.
2. Es ist jedesmal nachzureinigen- das nervt.
3. Konstruktionsfehler: Ich habe noch keine Stellung gefunden, in der man auf der Toilette sitzt und nicht irgendwo nass gespritzt wird bei Benutzung der Duschvorrichtung. In jedem Fall wird die WC Brille nass gespritzt und der Schmutz sogar verteilt.
Auch ist mir von Anfang an der leicht muffige Geruch aufgefallen, der bis heute nicht weg ist.
Ich werde kein Produkt mehr von Duravit kaufen.

De hangtoilet pot 259109 20 A0 heeft een zeer matig ophangsysteem. De pot heeft intern een stalen stang die op twee kleine puntcontacten rechtstreeks op het porselein is geplaatst. Dus metaal op porselein. Bij het installeren kraakte het van begin af aan op die twee punten zonder ook nog maar iets aangedraaid te hebben. Bij aandraaien nog onder het maximale aandraaimoment van 20 Nm klapte de pot kapot precies bij die overgang van metaal op porselein. Precies volgens de handleiding alles gedaan maar mocht niet baten.

Apart from that, the instruction manual is written in 28 languages, I may have been better off using the Chinese version. The illistrations are not accurate so you will be lost trying to work out how to set it up.
I can tell this document has never been reviewed.

Bought two sinks and a toilet from the “One” range. The castings appear to be faulty on all of them, our builder was unable to connect them up without leaks. The products were brand new in sealed boxes and bought from an authorised supplier but appear to be seconds.

Non credete alla garanzia a vita sulle ceramiche Duravit perché è una mera trovata pubblicitaria, frutto di una scrupolosa campagna di marketing. Ho presentato un reclamo per la presenza di macchie in un a bacinella modello Vero e mi è stato risposto che non è un difetto di fabbrica ma dovuto all'uso di prodotti abrasivi.Risposta ovvia e facile per liquidare ogni richiesta. Pessimo servizio e di nessuna professionalità

5 Jahre nach Einbau ist die kleine Aufnahmebuchse (Kunststoff) für die Entkalkung komplett zerbröselt. Ersatzteil gibt es nicht mehr! Man muss die gesamte Technikeinheit neu kaufen (Technikmodul 655.- € plus Einbau 149.- €). Außerdem ist der Kunststoff von WC-Deckel und -Sitz so schlecht, dass es bereits Risse und auch Verfärbungen gibt. Wir können von diesem Fabrikat nur abraten.

I bought a duravit sensowash toilet and had it fitted for my mothers bathroom. She sadly passed away before it was fitted and as a result it has had very little use. All of the sensowash functions have stopped working and as there is only a two year warranty on these functions and there are no agents or registered repairers available in the republic of Ireland (something i was not made aware of at purchase). I am simply being told to buy a new one
