J'ai pré-commandé une display aventure ensemble en français. J'ai contacté plusieurs fois cette personne par mail. Aucune réponse ! Je souhaite un remboursement mais j'ai vu récemment que son site était fermé et aucun moyen de le contacter, je déposerai plainte si rien n'ai fait dans les prochains jours.

I paid for two orders 1630 and 1636 last APril 17 2025 for destined rivals. I have tried contacting the seller atleast 100 times on all possible platforms : markplaats, cardmarket, online refund form, contact form but I never got a single reply. I am just frustrated at this point and gonna take legal action because this behavior is not acceptable

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan, maar nooit mijn product aangekregen. Weet iemand een manier om een refund aan te vragen of om de man zelf te contacteren?

Al van april vorig jaar aan het wachten op mijn refund.
Maar Rick als dit niet snel geregeld word kom ik tot de deur.

Ik wil graag mijn 460 euro terug, ik ga er alles aan doen om dat geld alsnog van jou terug te krijgen als je dat maar weet.

Zoals de meeste hier, sinds afgelopen zomer ( juli) geen antwoord meer mogen ontvangen.
Heb daar 4 orders die niet zijn geleverd:
- 454 --> 440 euro
- 443 --> 450 euro
- 731 --> 110 euro
- 732 --> 320
In afwachting van de vertragingen had ik nog iets besteld waarvan ik wist dat het al was uitgebracht en dat is dan ook geleverd. Daarom had ik er nog vertrouwen in.
Oktober 2025 bestolen om niet langer te wachten en mijn geld terug te vragen en ja hoor, website samen met de eigenaar van de aardbol verdwenen.
Ik ga klachten indienen bij verschillende instanties!

Commande pokemon fait en novembre 2024. Jamais reçu. J'ai contacté Rick Mullenders par tous les moyens. Instagram, site web, Email et whatsapp pour un remboursement. 0 réponse de sa part c'est une honte !

I preorder a Riftbound booster box and paid it after confirm with him that he had it on stock. Almost 20 after the release no news from him and the website down. I tried to reach him by email, social media etc and no answer. Looks like he scammed 120€ from me. At this level I would just appreciate a refund but If I don't receive any news I will comunicate to the police.

After being ignored for over a month requesting Information on my Order #1872 of Riftbound I am leaving this Review here. Maybe you reply here. Refund my Order in the stated time period mentioned in the E-Mail or I will take legal steps.

DutchTCG heeft het faillissement aangevraagd, dus voor alle mensen hier: de kans is klein dat we ons geld nog ooit gaan terugzien.

Je kan altijd een schuldvordering aanmaken, maar betwijfelbaar dat dat ooit betaald zal worden via RegSol.

Ik heb een half jaar geprobeerd mijn geld terug te krijgen, ongelooflijk dat dit allemaal zomaar kan

I am extremely disappointed with DutchTCG. I placed an order of approximately €1,100 for Riftbound, paid by bank transfer, and I never received the goods.
Since then, I have tried contacting them multiple times and they simply do not reply.
I will wait a few more days for a concrete answer and a full refund of my order. If nothing happens, I will report this case to the competent authorities to recover my money.
Unfortunately, I stumbled upon their Trustpilot page after paying...

I have ordered a case of OP13 and have not received anything. So Rick just send my a refund for my case. I really do not want to go thorugh the trouble of suing you as there are already plenty of other people doing so. My Order is #1962. Just send me the money back, I know you dont have any product

J'ai appelé le curateur et il nous a informés que le meilleur moyen pour les consommateurs d'enregistrer leur réclamation est de passer par le site web officiel belge dédié aux faillites : Regsol

Comme tel vous êtes automatiquement informés et tenus au courant de la faillite.

Veuillez bien joindre une copie de tous les documents pertinents. Par exemple, la confirmation de commande, la preuve de paiement et toute la correspondance, afin que le curateur puisse clairement déterminer le montant exact réclamé.

Seeing the reviews here, i am afraid i got scammed. Looking into legal action right now. Filed in an official police report.

Is zelf geen ster waard!deze verkoper steekt gewoon alle geld in zijn zakken ...een pre order gedaan in maart ,om te horen in mei dat het vertraagd is,we zijn november en nog steeds mijn geld niet terug.... Al 10tallen mails gestuurd ,en dan bog het lef hebben om te zeggen dat ik mijn gegevens moet geven ,terwijl ik al maanden bezig ben met deftig te communiceren over een geldteruggave ... Communicatie=0

Horrible experience. I have preordered riftbound and nothing has been shipped or even at least given an update. The store is radio silent whole until that point they were very chatty. Turns out that he owes a lot of money for 2 years now but still accepts orders like nothing is going on. I have reported a police report as this is fraud.

Meerdere keren geprobeerd om een refund aan te vragen en contact te zoeken. Tot op heden geen gehoor. Betreft order 1820. Jammer dat het nodig is om op deze manier aandacht te vragen/krijgen, maar helaas noodzakelijk voor een refund lijkt het wel….
