I have used your services over quite a…

I have used your services over quite a number of years now and cannot fault it. Yet again once my order was placed delivery was within 7 days and had no delays.
In addition there was one order a couple of years ago that went awol. This was not your fault but rather Parcel Force in the UK, who were compleatly unhelpful. Fortunately having insured the delivery once we had established the order was not going to arrive, you claimed on the insurance and the second package duly arrived within 7 days.
Your service continues to be excellent and I look forward to placing my next order at a future date.

Package not delivered as postal service…

Package not delivered as postal service maintain that the address is incomplete. I have tried to contact them but to no avail. I have purchased from you before on a number of occasions and have had no problems .
Can you assist?

Excellent service

I have used this company several times before and I have always been very impressed. Delivery is very quick, items are perfect and they are packaged superbly to protect them in transit. Customer service is also excellent if you need to contact them. Very pleased.
