Ich bin rundum begeistert von meiner Erfahrung mit dem Shop dwelli! Ich habe Gessi Armaturen bestellt, und die gesamte Abwicklung – von der Beratung bis zur Lieferung nach Österreich – war einfach perfekt.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außergewöhnlich gute Beratung: freundlich, kompetent und sehr engagiert. Die Kommunikation mit Davide lief komplett unkompliziert per E-Mail, alle Fragen wurden schnell und ausführlich beantwortet.

Was mich wirklich beeindruckt hat: Ich hatte auch Interesse an weiteren Gessi Produkten, die gar nicht auf der Homepage gelistet waren – und trotzdem wurden mir diese problemlos organisiert! Sogar zusätzliche italienische Designer-Badmöbel, die ebenfalls nicht online verfügbar waren, konnten auf Anfrage beschafft werden. Ein Service, den man heutzutage nur selten findet.

Die Lieferung nach Österreich verlief reibungslos und zuverlässig. Insgesamt eine absolut tolle Erfahrung – hochwertiger Service, großartige Produkte und ein Team, das wirklich alles möglich macht. Klare Empfehlung!

Ich bin vor einigen Jahren nach Deutschland gezogen und wollte mein Badezimmer mit Gessi ausstatten.
Diesen Sommer war ich im Urlaub in Italien und habe ihren Showroom besucht – einfach wunderbar! Kaum zurück in Deutschland, habe ich sie online über ihren E-Commerce kontaktiert. Sie haben mich bestens beraten, und ich habe die wunderschönen Gessi 316 Armaturen gekauft.

Following my complaints, Dwelli took the matter seriously and escalated my case. They arranged for an express courier service to delivery my order as quick as possible. The order arrived well with the freight forwarded after it was inspected. Thank you for taking the initiative Dwelli.

The worst service on the face of the planet, I ordered a sink in August, to this date, it still hasn't arrived. The manufacturer began creating the sink in September and completed it on the 2nd week of October. But to this day, no delivery from Dwelli. They keep saying they are experiencing logistic issues collecting the sink from the manufacturer. I can understand if this was the case for a few days, but 3 weeks? I’m guessing the manufacturer must be based on top of the Himalayas or based on another planet. This is absolutely ridiculous behaviour from this company. They know very well the urgency of this sink, yet they choose to play the ‘we are experiencing a logistical issues’ card.

I was a bit wary of ordering online, but dealing with Dwelli was a pleasure. Extremely quick replies to emails, regular updates on the status of the order, coupled with excellent prices both for the items and shipping.

Geweldige ervaring! Het was natuurlijk best spannend om voor een groot bedrag vanuit Nederland bij een webshop in Italië te bestellen, maar ik ben zelden zo goed geholpen door een winkel. Giandomenico is super vriendelijk, reageert heel erg snel op vragen, en denkt echt met je mee.

Wij hebben een zeer grote bestelling geplaatst en het hele proces werden we goed op de hoogte gebracht en alles kwam op pallets keurig aan.
