Lovely jewellery but not worth the money. My husband got me two chained on Christmas Eve. The bar one broke took it back Boxing Day. Broke today again and other change ya can’t even open clasp link is really small. Worst of all today’s customer service was soo bad to kids behind counter had no manners or where no help at all it was like they didn’t want to be there. I will be going back tomorrow with my receipts and getting my money back. Worst customer service ever raally don’t recommend this stuff

Ordered jewellery on the 10th December and am still awaiting delivery on the 20th. I had got this as a present for Christmas and am so frustrated and disappointed by the poor service. I love the jewellery but very annoyed with service.

Fabulous products, excellent customer service

Placed my first order on Black Friday for Christmas gifts and everything arrived quickly and beautifully wrapped. Can’t wait to give these to family, and saves me the hassle of wrapping them myself. Will definitely be purchasing again. Thank you

Placed an order Dec 2nd, asked for an order update on Instagram and got blocked! Order is €140 and just not being dispatched, I assume they oversold and items are out of stock or just incapable of dispatching orders! Very disappointed as it’s a Christmas present and now I’m down money/time and no present! Disgraceful service from Dylan oaks. I just want a refund at this stage - don’t buy here they don’t fulfil orders

Scam. Ordered a number of items. Took way longer than promised to arrive. Quality was so shockingly bad i couldn't gift them as planned. Cheap tat. I am extremely suspicious of any positive reviews of this company.

I never received my order i have emailed twice to get an update and the only update i get is to review the jewellery that I never got i have spent over a hundred euros on the 1st of December got an email confirming my order and nothing since. I have never had this experienced before from Dylan oaks. Why am I now. And STILL No reply from costumes services either.
The pieces were for my daughter for Xmas.

I made an order and I have not received a single response regarding posting or anything and my order was over 100€+ and was for Christmas presents. I feel totally scammed by the response from others. People feel it to. I’d give no stars if I could.’

Very happy with my purchases. Presentation and packaging are lovely. A Dylan Oaks bag would have been handy as it is a gift.
Worth noting I purchased the tennis set last yr but the clasp on the bracelet was faulty. My husband always seemed to be able to secure it, however my daughter fastened it one evening and I thought it was secure but obviously wasn’t and hence lost it.
My own fault I guess as should have had someone look at it, but my husband seemed to have the knack but I always knew there was a fault with it. Upsetting but my own fault.

Ordered a necklace over a week ago and haven’t received it but have been asked to do a review on how I find the product which makes no sense. So I’m marking it as low as possible.

I have still not received my order please advise as soon as possible as some of it was a birthday gift for this weekend

One week today then only email i got was order confirmed . No tracking number or email to say it was sent. Very disappointed.

Keep getting emails to write a review even though I've not received my order.
There has been zero communication to inform me of any delay, I have contacted the company twice requesting information on when me order will be processed and have still not received a reply. Very disappointed with the lack of information will not be ordering from here again! Unprofessional is an understatement!

Amazing! I'm so happy. Ordered 3 of the necklaces for me and my two sisters with our names on. So impressed! This is my 2nd order now and I will definitely be doing a lot more 😍

Easy website to navigate, ordering easy, I received emails keeping me updated on my order. Products arrived beautifully packaged and in excellent condition.

Still haven’t received my order

Their jewellery is the best never tarnishes but their customer service is even better. Ordered a necklace and earrings for my daughter for Christmas, left at front door. Dog ate parcel, managed to save items but no giftbox. Asked them to send a box and it was here the next day. Thank you guys
