The team truly appreciate your honest feedback, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced this delay. All current couriers have a message on their website explaining the delay due to covid safety concerns, increased volume and border closures. Unfortunately in these current times this is an unavoidable process no matter which courier is selected, we hope during these times you can understand why certain processes may not run the same as usual. Everyone is doing their best to keep safe and we hope you are safe too!
