Poor customer experience
Quick delivery but disappointed that the jacket was meant to come with a stuff sack, as per the photos on the ad. After multiple different excuses, where it became clear that they had no clue what they were doing, they decided to just use the excuse that the "new version" doesn't come with one.

Following extensive research and a review, we have determined that the removal of the stuff sacks from certain garments within our ranges will save over 101,500m2 of material and 300,000m of cord and tape every year which would ultimately end up in a landfill.
