I would recommend Drew Wylie to anybody.

5 minutes after I placed my order (on a Sunday afternoon) the phone rang and it was Drew himself just checking to see how I was intending to use the kit I'd ordered to make sure it was right (as a couple of things wouldn't have worked if I'd been hammocking). I've never had that from an online order and it is really impressive and unusual to get such a personal touch these days.

Drew let me know when he would be dispatching my order and when I'd likely receive it, and it all went as described.

Great products, very good value, and the best service I've ever had online also, it's great to support local independent businesses like Wylies.

I will definitely be a repeat customer and Wylies will be my first port of call whenever I need new outdoor gear.

Seems like a good company but quite honestly they asked about my experience too soon - just after payment and before delivery - so how am I to know? - their website is good and the payment systems seem ok - filling in the address is a bit of a faff as has no manual override but automatically finds addresses - fine unless they are slightly wrong! They also ask for a tip which is unusual and slightly perplexing and guilt trippy plus I have no idea how it is used e.g. given to charity, staff or just the boss?!

Great service and good products, excellent comms.. a true independent supplier of quality, functional kit, in a world where outdoor superstores and mountain fashion has become the norm.

Ignored emails, terrible the worse I have come across and none have ever been as bad, this ends it with online retailers, from now only click and collect from stores with their own collection point
no outside logistics and no one man bands a team of competence and attentive staff, otherwise you are paying to punch yourself in the head. They get the money you get grief

The tarp arrived a week earlier than advertised which was excellent. Will definitely be ordering from Wylies Outdoor World again.

best prices for the hammock setup i wanted. Unfortunately,some related items were not in stock and even though i saved money on what i did order,it was a pain having to go elsewhere for the other items. Overall pleased and will probably be my first call in future.
