THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A RIP OFF. MY ORDER CONFIRMATION SAID $27.89 WAS THE TOTAL, WITH FREE SHIPPING. THEN I GET AN EMAIL "RECEIPT" FROM E-RACKONLINE FOR $62.64. AFTER RESEARCHING, I FIND THAT E-RACK IS RELATED TO MATERIAL SOLUTIONS HANDLING. MATERIAL HANDLING SOLUTIONS WAS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE ON THE EMAILED "RECEIPT". I CALLED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DIFFERNCE WAS SHIPPING COSTS, WHEN I ARGUED, I WAS TOLD I HAD TO EMAIL ANDREW@E-RACKONLINE. SO, I DID, TELLING HIM I WANTED A SHIPPING LABEL FOR RETURNING THEIR PRODUCT BECAUSE, HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE THAT MUCH FOR SHIPPING, I WOULD NEVER HAVE PLACED THE ORDER. HIS ONE LINE RESPONSE WAS "SORRY WE DON'T DO THAT THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER". SINCE, I HAVE FOUND COUNTLESS REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE THAT HAVE HAD THE EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE RUN OUT OF BUSINESS!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!

They were a big help in finding us the proper materials we needed to order to complete a remodel project after we found our our current parts had been discontinued by the manufacturer. They also found a mistake I had made in my material list and corrected it so I would have all of the parts necessary for our installation.

On 07/26/2022 I order a bin shelf price was 381And some change or so it said out the door. Shipping was $0 never said it would be calculated later or added later or anything. So I thought it was a good deal. Clicked purchases and in a couple hours I get a email conformation of the purchase for $631. Besucase shipping was $250. I emediatly called to cancel they said they would take care of it. Next day I get a call from a sales person saying their is a 25% cancellation fee. I told him he was crazy. Anyway what he’s out for this comapany they get you on the freight and the problem is it doesn’t tell you shipping will be charged they just do it and your out 25% minimum if you cancel. Because I clicked on the purchase on $381.00 but never agreed to the shipping charge I will definetly be disputing this one.

I placed an order in April and it is now September and no answer from the owner on when I will receive my order. I will never place another order with this company. they just give you the run around.

I order a part it came in the wrong color I had order two other time the same number
not a problem
so I call a got a customer service guy on the phone that was no help at all
so I will never buy from you again

It has been a while but my order seems to be on its way. I will edit this when it arrives

Asked for a price quote ... got nothing ... don’t waste your time with them !!

This website and this company have been ideal for our material handling needs. When we need a specifically sized load strap, I order it here and it comes within a week or two. Only complaint is that it sometimes takes a while to get the quote. Once quote received and accepted process is quick and painless.

Products are well made and better than expected in terms of quality.

Christian was very responsive to all my inquiries. This is a company I would do business with again.

I ordered the wrong size, then had to pay 25% restocking fee. We were planning on ordering 6 more, but after learning that, probably not.
