EagleEye OvenClean レビュー

Absolutely excellent! Replied to my messages promptly and managed to arrange a quick slot to give my oven a well deserved shot of TLC. Attended promptly within the agreed time slot. The gentleman was warm, friendly and a consummate professional who certainly knew his stuff. Worked wonders on my oven leaving it as good as new. 100% recommend!

Excellent Communication and fantastic oven cleaning service.
Over the moon with the job. Anthony was so hard working and did such a fantastic job.

Lee from Eagle Eye cleaned my mum’s 2 ovens recently and did a great job - I called today as my range doors had been dislodged during some flooring work - he fitted me in between jobs and sorted my doors super quick! Absolutely great service and I would highly recommend Lee (and I’m sure all the others are great too!)

Excellent service, my old oven looks brand new!!!
Terry rang to say he was on his way, I explained that I had a couple of gas rings that were not staying on, they are now 👍
I would definitely use this company again.

Requested a single oven clean but came home to a broken oven. Top panel had come down, seems like it was due to a loose, rusty screw. I called them back immediately, they had just left about 15 minutes before, but they told me they were not able to come back to look at it that day. Mind you, it was 5:15pm when I called them and the website says they close at 10:00pm. They could have made the effort to come and look at/fix something they caused. I was unable to make dinner that night for my family so had to spend more money for take out. They also proceeded to tell me that my oven heating element was bent and I should have it repaired which is fine. However, they made it seem like the broken oven was our fault. If they saw something faulty in the oven before cleaning, they should have called or notified us instead of going ahead with the cleaning to get the money. They came back the next afternoon and fixed it while ranting about how old my oven was and how rusty the metal sides and screws were! The next day it broke again but by that time we had already arranged for someone to come and look at it. My biggest disappointment was that they were not apologetic, unprofessional and did not even offer any refund or partial refund for the inconvenience. I even asked about it and they said they would get back to me, but never did. Be cautious when using them.

Excellent service! Chris was on time, very polite, worked hard and tidied up afterwards and my oven is like new. I’m very pleased, will recommend and will be using them again.

Absolutely brilliant service!
I would not have been able to get the oven this clean - it looks brand new and I would highly recommend their service.
£60 well spent!

Oven looks amazing these guys are the real deal thanks

Disappointed. When asking about oven cleaning it should be clear that a clean is only for one part of the oven. To be told it was more on the day is a bit of stitch up. Additionally, the oven had bits that were still dirty that had to be cleaned. Lastly, the van used was dirty. Gutted because £60 is alot

I have used this company regularly over the last few years. The way that they deal with customers is exemplary. They are always so polite and do a fantastic job as my oven is so dirty as I cannot clean it myself now. Thank you so much

I would highly recommend to use Eagle Eye Oven Cleaning. My oven looks brand new. I am so impressed!!! Mark was very polite and professional great customer service and great value for money.

Lee has been superb this afternoon would like to thank him for his help and professionalism. Great service.
This couldn't have been easier to book and pay for I would recommend.

Top class experience with Eagle Eye. Mark was brilliant, provided a great customer experience and completed an excellent clean on our oven. I'd highly recommend Mark and Eagle Eye

Initial contact good
We agreed a price and a date to do clean.
No one arrived at the agreed time and although i sent a polite query as to why no one came I didn't get a response. We are in the process of moving house, hence the need to leave a clean oven, so this is one more bit of stress i didn't need.

Great service.

Our technician, Wes, went the extra mile to ensure a five star job, including pointing out a few problems with our oven that we would not have been aware of otherwise. Very happy with the finished, totally spotless oven. Would recommend.

We had excellent service from Eagle Eye Oven Clean when they cleaned our double oven. They turned up and time, carried out the cleaning meticulously, taking care to keep the kitchen free of dust from the cleaning. The cleaner himself was friendly and professional. The transformation of our ovens was amazing. If anything they looked better after the clean than when they were first fitted. The fee for the service is very reasonable; I would recommend this company.

Fantastic service from Eagle Eye Cleaning. Cameron got in direct contact with me to discuss the nature of the work and arrange an appointment.

Disha was the gentleman who came to carry out the clean. Fantastic job. Oven left looking brand new and Disha kindly spent some time explaining the best way to maintain it for longevity.

Eagle Eye came highly recommended and I see why. The service from first contact to payment was professional and quick and I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend.

Thanks

This is our 3rd time using this company for our oven clean and every time we have been very happy. I have to say the clean we have had today with Wesley was fantastic and the oven now looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Dishi arrived on time, covered all floor area with protective sheet. Did a great job, it is the first time I have had a company professionally clean my ovens, would recommend them.

First time using this company, Wes was great and after over 4 hours work my range cooker looked great. Will definitely use again
