Can't speak for the experience that people have had below. There were some issues during the Royal Mail strikes that I think took them a little while to overcome. I ordered £100 worth of vinyl in their 3 for £20 LP grab bag offer and had zero issues with delivery (I'd used the reasonably priced DHL option at £7). That's 15 records all arrived well packaged and without any issues at all.

Can't believe how low the rating is on trust pilot. I've used Earache quite a few times in the last couple of years and I've had no trouble, patches, T-shirts, Lps. I know print on demand takes longer to deliver and the delivery status of items needs to be updated so we can understand the abbreviations used, but other than that Earache hasn't given me any problems.
I made the mistake of ordering a shirt 2 months ago and I still haven't received anything. I'm giving them a couple of days to respond or else I'm going to call my credit card company. Stay far away from this company, they're inept and unprofessional.
I ordered some patches for a gift that I'm making for a friend.
After 5 days I contacted them to see what was happening with my order. They said that they were behind with orders but that mine was in the next batch to be sent out "ASAP".
After another 2 days, I contacted them again. This time they told me that it takes 5-10 days to send out orders and that my patches were on order from a supplier and wouldn't even get to them until next week.
I'm not sure about anyone else's definition of "in stock", but it normally means that you have them in your possession to send out to customers, not that they need to be ordered from elsewhere.
All the patches I ordered still say they are in stock on the Earache website.
Save yourself some hassle and don't buy from here.
Terrible. They Don’t pay artists. My friend did Art for them, they didn’t pay him. The bands they represent don’t like them either because they treat them so badly.
Absolute trash. Took months to receive my order. I'm convinced had I not harassed them about it my orders would have never come. There's an entire community of people online waiting for orders that may never come. Very disappointed.
Ordered about $150 of merch on Black Friday. I heard nothing until about late December when I contacted them and they informed me that a shirt I ordered (a print-on-demand one) was holding up the process and (magically) they got the shirt done that day and were going to send it out. I don't believe that for a second.
Now I made a second order in which I added a shirt to be included in my first order... I was assured that would be included...When I got my package (mid-January) I was missing a shirt from order 1 and the shirt from order 2. I emailed the same guy about 5 times and submitted forms on their website but nobody has got back to me, so I assume they are ignoring me.
So if you're thinking about ordering from them, you'll probably get most of your products, but you'll be missing some, or they'll screw up your order an ignore you.
I ordered a t shirt in early December (through Bandcamp), the turnaround given to me at purchase was about 2 weeks. Its now mid-February and all I have is a tracking number that was given to me AFTER I emailed Earache asking where my order was. The tracking number given to me was non functional and when I emailed asking about it I was never given a response. It's a shame that I cannot support a band I like because their label can't get their orders out in a timely manner. I can only imagine the things bands have to go through dealing with this label...
I ordered from them almost 3 months back. My order didn't arrive nor did I get any update on it. Tried to reach out to them 4 times only answer I got was a sorry ass excuse blaming it on strike. Never again
I got the CD I bought, but it took well over a month to arrive, despite being sent first class. Sent 2 emails asking, heard nothing back - then finally got a dispatch email and got my product. Wouldn't buy from them again, no matter how cheap and reasonable the price was (£7 for the new Wormrot is excellent value). Needs sorting, at least the customer service aspect - just let people know there's a delay and it will be a few weeks, not just blanket radio silence or if you genuinely cannot be arsed to run a business properly, don't bother.
Still waiting for a replacement to my order as ordered the wrong size, my order took far too long in the first instance and now been waiting for nearly a month for the replacement.
No response to emails avoid like the plauge
Never again. My item was released over a week ago and no updates. Not shown shipped, or delayed. Sent 2 messages with no actual response. I should have known better from reviews, sad one of my favourite bands signed with this label.
Missed items (in 2 different orders), last one took more than 1 month to be delivered (paid for DHL), wrong shirt sizes, and I only received 1 (human, but generic) reply out of 6/7 emails I sent to try to resolve the issues... I will NEVER NEVER NEVER (did I say NEVER?), well just in case, NNNEEEEVEEEERRR place an order again here. This is the worst online webstore service I've ever meet
I ordered a hoodie for my son on christmas and the the only update I got was that it was ordered. Then when I didnt get any updates for over 3 weeks they finally answered my 7th email stating that the postal service was on strike. OK, say that is true, shipping may not be in your control but the hoodie you sent has a 3+inch TEAR in the sleeve and the pockets are torn. You may not be responsible for the shipping issues, but the product you send DOES IN FACT REFLECT ON YOU! Over 14 emails since December9, 2022 and NOT ONCE has someone actually answered on how or when I will get a refund or replacement. I also saw that this company BLOCKS BANDS THEY HAVE SCREWED OVER!!!!! How is this ok?
It's been a month since I placed my order (5 CDs and 1 TS => 63€) and my patience has its limits. I haven't received anything and doubt I will ever receive anything, so I urged them to refund me. I have had no responses to emails, other than autoreplies.
For sure, my first attempt on their store will be the LAST. I've ordered from Season of Mist, Adipocere, EMP, Decibel Rebel, Hammerheart records, Nuclear Blast and many others labels since 2000 and NEVER had a problem like this.... AND NO ANSWER FROM THEM.

Ordered a jersey 1st Dec, which was showing as in "stock", and paid for first class postage. Just over 3 weeks later, the delivery arrived and it was a different shirt to the one I ordered. I have had no responses to emails (other than autoreplies). They don't answer the phone. It's now 7 weeks since they took payment for this item. Hard to know what to say. More like no service than just bad service. If you need something they sell, suggest you try and find it from another provider. Case raised against them with Paypal to try and recover my money.
I have ordered vinyls from Earache over the last couple of years. While the delivery time has been slow, they were at least responsive and apologetic on email. My most recent order has been appalling and I wouldn’t order from them again after this experience. I ordered 2x vinyls on 5th December that were due to be Xmas presents. 4x emails later and I’ve had no response, no update on the order and no refund.
I ordered over a month ago, not only have I not received my order there has been no reply to my messages.
Zero customer service no replies to email no working phone number waiting for an order to be dispatched with no sign its going to be avoid at all costs.
