Easirent is not a car rental I would recommend neither will I use again. First, I have been renting cars in Jacksonville to PA and MN and have never been charged an extra $40.00 for unlimited mileage covered. When I pushed back, they offered a $15 dollar reduction per day, leaving me to pay $25.00 per day for 4 days totaling $118.25 since I was renting the vehicle for 4 days.
The first vehicle they gave me had a damaged part over the rear passenger tire and the visor was missing from the driver's side something I didn't noticed until I fueled the car to a full tank costing me $40.38. I returned the vehicle minutes after fueling it to a full tank from "E" due to the missing visor. They gave me another vehicle also on an empty tank. I asked about a credit for the fuel I put into the first vehicle but was told "we do not refund fuel". I will never rent from these people for lack of service to their fleets and poor customer service.

They should also make it visible and clear that if you are renting as a local person, they will charge you extra for additional miles and that their cars do not come with unlimited miles. That disclosure is not shown prior to purchase because they want to make extra money off of innocent people.

Everything AI says is true and I will NEVER use them again. They used to be decent and affordable, but they have become the Spirit Airlines of car rentals. The wait was well over an hour (under staffed), the agent was surly at best, they hide additional fees so they can jack up the price and their wait area is dreary and uncomfortable. We (customers) traded horror stories about past experiences and hidden fees while waiting in line! Believe the AI review summary and avoid them like the plague that they are!

I arrived at the air port with my 2 brothers, took the bus to the rental car place at the airport, then had to take another shuttle to get to this place. We got to Easirent around 945pm.

After signing our documents, the first car they offered us was described as looking like a crime scene with stains all over the vehicle. They said they would let us return the vehicle with no gas as an incentive. The other vehicle we were offered had a significant Crack in the front windshield and the gentlemen said to return it with at least a quarter of a tank of gas.

We just returned their vehicle back today, we still filled the car up with a full tank and the staff that was there today is different than the night shift crew we were greeted by. We told the lady we were told to return with a quarter of a tank and that we topped it off anyways, which she replied, if you got it with a full tank it needs to stay that way. We are going to have to pay some cheap toll road fees, plus an admin fee for a vehicle id consider to be unsafe with how big that windshield Crack was.

Id steer clear of this place when booking your travels to DFW.

This was by far the worst company for rentals ever and we’re in our 78’s. First, went in to hook up blue tooth and car play, she says I have to buy a proper cord. 17$ later I hook up the new cord just to find out there is No CarPlay, no maps, held phone in lap, how is that not dangerous? Then I’m driving long roads in the desert and I have NO cruise control! Then the kicker, we’re in Laughlin Nevada and they said we couldn’t cross the river into Bullhead city, Arizona or we would be fined 1000$. So yeah you guys suck. No CarPlay, no cruise control and then restricted from Arizona! This is a true case of non-disclosure. NEVER AGAIN and I’ll make sure to protect my friends from this company.

When I pick up the car the first one the tires was unflatt and they said full tank finally was half… I asked for another car the second was in a REALLY bad conditions and the smell inside was horrible. They never send me the contract and when I emailed them to get the contract no answer. After 2 days rental I was driving the police stopped me in the night because the front light didn’t work ….and of course non paper for justified the rental. They pushed me when i pick up the car to subscribe for the sunpass they said all highway have toll if you don’t take you will pay $25 for each and finally I didn’t need he was a trap. Be careful with this agency.

First off, I booked through American Armed Forces Travel. The total cost when I booked was a lot lower than what they charged me. The main complaint I have is that they really try hard to upsale you on insurance coverage. Make sure you know what rental car insurance coverage you have through your credit card that was used to book your reservation. I had to show them that I was already covered with a lot of insurance through my credit card. I was able to get them to drop off some of the insurance coverage charges. Still it was a lot of trouble because I had to make a trip back to the Easirent location in Phoenix to get the charges dropped off because the refund couldn't be done over the phone with the Easirent customer service rep. Not once did they ever offer to give me a paper receipt but said "it will be emailed to me". Just know before you book. The car itself was fine and some of the associates were nice and polite. But the counter people will try to upsale you and not offer explanations. I heard another person arguing with the counter rep about the same thing. Good luck if you use this company!

STAY AWAY FROM RENTAL.

By the far the worst rental company. They’re not inside the airport and they said shuttle comes every 20-30min. I was waiting for an hr + in the heat. I called them no one picked up and shuttle never came to the designated pick up area.

After waiting for over an hr the shuttle comes. I go to pick up the car and I was told that “No we don’t take Expedia Insurance” I said I’m also covered under my insurance and my credit card insurance but they made me pay very expensive insurance.

I just wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Please stay away. They advertise cheap car rental on Priceline, but you end up paying a lot on taxes and force you to buy their own insurance.

Absolute scumbag company. Take pictures and video of all documents you sign. They tried charging us 250 dollars for damage that was already there. Employee had me sign documents upon drop off that were blank accident reports so I crossed the whole section out then took a picture so they didn’t try to add anything after we left. No damage was annotated on either document and we just got our final bill today with damage charges. Thank god we took pictures of everything. This company has fraud written all over it. The price isn’t as advertised and they will con you if you aren’t vigilant.

The car was clean and in good condition. They asked me to sign the "condition" form before I saw the car and I asked if I should check the car first. I was told "no", everything has already been noted. When I returned the vehicle, they found a scuff (not a chip) on the windshield and charged me $250. The car next to me had 5 circles on the windshield for the same reason plus there were other cars with circles. I was asked if I had a video of the condition prior to taking it, which I did not. I did look it over but didn't see the small scrape on the windshield.

DO NOT rent here. They are under investigation for wire fraud and they have stolen thousands from people by releasing security deposits then reversing them! If you have questioned whether you received your security deposit back and they show it was released and say it’s your bank’s issue. It’s not - they release it and then reverse it in the 5 day window. It’s wire fraud and a federal crime. Call the Attorney General in Tallahassee and report.

In my opinion just a bunch of thieves. Waited an age to be collected from the airport. Hidden charges, it’s like they punish you for not taking full insurance with them. I returned the car on the 30th of July and still waiting for the deposit to be processed and returned. What staterd as 2 day hire for £78.00. Cost with hidden charges £112.00. How can that be correct….!!!

The best I love this company

The car was so scratched and dented I was embarrassed to drive it. A lot of the freeways were 75 mph but this car shook a lot after 65. The worst part was the rental pick up and return was so far away from the airport it was a nightmare getting there and back. Never again will I rent from them. The shuttle driver was very nice and efficient. Plus they said it was a full tank but it was between 1/2 and 3/4 full. I told them but still had to bring it back full. That is $20+ or more they stole from me.

All as expected. We were picked up from airport by friendly staff to the nearby Easirent office quickly, we got the car we had booked, and quick and easy drop off when we returned. No complaints.

Used the Las Vegas location. It was NOT on site with the airport and had to take two separate shuttles to get to the location. Check in process was lengthy and they forced insurance on us unlike any other rental place we have used. Worst part was the vehicle was disgusting. Dog hair everywhere. So gross. Dog slobber residue all over the passenger window. And nastiness all in the center consul and beverage holders. I rent allot of cars and cannot recommend this company.

The car was filthy! Trash in the car, dirty, sticky stuff on console and cup holders! windows were so dirty you could not see out of them! It was just gross

Shuttle took 25 minutes, while 15 of us baked in the sun. There were only 2 agents working, and one of them rudely walked off to take her break. Me and about 14 others stood in line for at least 45 mins. I’d never use this outfit again!!! I will only be booking direct from here on. This place ruined 3rd party booking for me.I wouldn’t have gave 1 star!!! Service was terrible. They didn’t even bother to acknowledge us.

The nissan sentra we rented to drive to Austin was great! Minus the very many dings it had it was extremely reliable and very cold a/c. No complaints about the service either other than if you are local to DFW you will get an extra charge for unlimited miles which just rounded us out to what it would have cost at other name brands, but I didn't have to go to the airport to return and pickup.

July 23-28: I went with this rental company without looking at the reviews. The car I received had a crack in the middle of the front windshield and multiple rock crack dents. The employees stated that in Texas it's ok to drive a car like that. My party noticed that most other customers were served before we were. They were took forever to process my paperwork. The two shuttle drivers were the only positive thing about this rental company.
8-17: Just received an invoice for tolls that amounted to under $4 but I was charged a $25 fee for each $1.88 toll. My bill was $62! They charged me $50 for tolls that I could not pay on my own. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL COMPANY.
