Quick and easy transaction the lad explained the lot understand everyone wants to just hire a van car and leave as quickly as possible but make sure you check the van car before leaving as it’s worth an extra 5 mins thanks again will defo hire from easirent again

This was a terrible experience. They did not communicate where the lot was located. They did not have a car for me and then refused to refund my money. Terrible.

Simple & straightforward to deal with. Decent van for a fair price with realistic excess cover.

Local agent was fantastic and really looks after customers.
You can hire from a lot of companies but I think been looked after like that makes you want to go back.

The best rental company I have ever used with really hard working and helpful staff. (Billy) was exceptional nothing was to much hassle or grief very accomodating always putting the customer first, I WOULD NOT HESITATE to recommend this company and would be my first call if I ever need to hire again. I have already used them twice.

Fantastic service from Billy and no problems with van.

I was happy with the staff at both pick up and drop off however the customer service team after were awful.
I complained about the van as there was no heating in it during -10 weather conditions. I only had the van for 25 hours and so didn't have time to raise a concern , or a direct number to do so.

I wish I can get a full refund from this company and I should read the review before I book! Definitely get away from this company! The car is so dirty and bad smell and they didn’t put it on the full fuels either. Very bad experience with this company. Never again !

Very good rental company everything went very smoothly. Good value, helpful staff, great vehicles.

Although it's in small words in the contract, I could not use my wife's credit card to pay the caution of my reservation (I did not have my credit card with me at the moment). This does not make any sense.
We ended up paying more for the rental because of this

The van too was excellent. I only went here because they would let me return on Sunday, but I won't hesitate to try here 1st choice whenever next I need a van.

Excellent service at Easirent Laidlaw Street in Glasgow on Sunday 4th June. They couldn’t have been more helpful. My experience with this branch is always good, but this was the best yet
