We waited at the airport for two hours and no shuttle ever came, we finally had to take an uber to the of office where the staff lied that they have been to the airport several times. Our car came with no spare tire and we had a flat that I had to arrange to get fixed as the help desk said it wasn't their problem. Terrible company, I wished I stayed with Avis.

The cars are in really bad shape, they need maintenance and they smell like weed.The customer service agents are so rude.

Great job guys!! They were quick, efficient and very professional. Got me in and out with no problems. The price was unbeatable. I wish I remembered the young man's name that checked us in, he was a pleasure to meet. Kudos to everyone who works for easirent.

I recently rented from easirent Miami for the second time and was truly impressed. The customer service here is five-star far superior to my experience at their Fort Lauderdale office. The staff are respectful, friendly, and transparent: there were no surprise charges after I secured my vehicle. They are patient, professional, and sensitive to the fact that many visitors come to Florida for reasons other than leisure. I also appreciated how they honor Miami’s cultural diversity and treat every customer with respect.
I was served by Frank, Enrico, and Jesus their outstanding service makes navigating Miami airport well worth it. I’m very grateful for their help and gladly recommend easirent Miami.

I was very annoyed initially, because I was advised to wait for 45-60 minutes for my booked rental. It was mandatory in Florida to have insurance for my rental! I had to pay $24 a day.
It virtually took me 105 minutes to get my car. It was clean!
The next day I waited for over 2 hours for my rental at Enterprise Rental.

The guy called Enrique at Easirent gave me a few bottled water, while at Enterprise there was no bottled water or hot water at all. I had a pleasant chat with Enrique. The other guy called Lion who handed over the car to me was also good.

Coming out of a cruise and disembarked at Miami, I understood it's a common challenge to wait for a rental during the new year holiday. Looking back, Easirent is even better than big name like Enterprise-I'm not complaining about Enterprise, they are doing the best they could.

These guys are just swindlers. Stay away. I made a reservation thought it or another car rental place and realized it was them. So 15 min after I made the reservation I tried cancelling it and they would not cancel it. They tried to tell me that Priceline will charge my card. Meanwhile Priceline did t charge it. Stay away. Terrible customer service

My experience with Easirent was great & a pleasure. I was helped by Enrique & later on Javier [or Xavier]. I had booked a small car just for driving my 93 yr old father around Miami. Upon arrival for pickup they unfortunately did not have that car & instead gave me a Chevy Traverse seven seater for the same price. I had it for seven days, and when I needed it for an extra day, it was not an issue. Upon return, Javier did me a favor regarding the gas being a little less than the agreed returned amount. Both gentlemen were very kind & professional and made my whole experience feel at ease. If ten stars was available I would have clicked it. - Michal

I will never rent from another company. They are the best, most respectful and provide great cars for an amazing value.

Jesus, along with the other staff members, like Rye, made my experience great. Not much of a selection of vehicles, but they cars are well kept. Will definitely be returning soon. Thanks again.

I had an amazing experience with Easirent. The shuttle was waiting at the airport, the service was great, they didn't push add-ons (price was as-agreed), and the car was just what I needed. We will definitely use them every time we go to Miami.

Great customer service, professional and quick. Had a little issue with car and contract but was taken care of immediately.

I RENTED A FULL SIZE ON MIAMI; WHEN I GOT THERE THEY DID NO HAVE FULL SIZE; THAT THEY WHERE GOING TO GIVE ME A 6 PASSANGER; THEY GAVE A SMALL SUV; CHARGED ME THE PRICE OF A FULL SIZE; THEY HAVE NOT GIVE BACK THE DIFFERENCE. IT IS A AWFULL PLACE EXPEDIA MUST NOT RECOMEND!!!

Hola, por favor no arrienden en Easirent, tuve una muy mala experiencia.
El día 7 de abril arrendé un auto a través de booking.
Cuando llegue a la tienda, no estaba la reserva.
Me comentaron que debía hacer una nueva en la página de Easirent.
Procedi a realizarlo, un arriendo de 226.51 dólares.
Después en el mesón me quitaron la tarjeta de crédito para cobrar una diferencia de 806.21 dólares más, por seguros etc.
O sea el arriendo sería más de 1.000 dólares, por 14 días.
Le dije al funcionario que no quería arrendar nada que cancelara todo.
Me dijo que en dos o tres días se iba a reversa.
A los 7 días me hicieron solo una devolución los 806 dólares solamente.
Fui antes de venirme a mi país y me informaron que los 226 y fracción estaban como crédito para una próxima reserva.
Les dije que con ellos no iba a arrendar ningún auto más.
Quedaron que me iban a devolver los 226 y fracción y hasta el día 05-01-2025 no he recibido los 226.
Por eso me dijeron engañaron no arrienden nada con ellos.

I rented a car from this place and will never use them again! They tried to charge me for damages I already pointed out when I picked up the car. Don't trust them when they say it's okay. Make a video of the vehicle's interior and exterior, pointing out everything, such as the engine light, tires, and any interior or exterior damage.
The sign-in and -out staff have little to no knowledge of basic English. They kept pointing to damage on the windshield that was already there, funny this was the first thing he went for, it's like he knew it was already there, stating that I did it. When I contested this and showed them the video, they said, "You are okay, brother." They didn't expect that..

Take videos and mark all damages in the little book they ask you to sign. Even if it's a scratch smaller than a dime.
