Mary was exceptional and helpful. It make a whole lot difference when you encounter staff who are patient, friendly and able to explain the process very well.

Car was ideal hybrid with good petrol consumption, pickup and drop off was easy. Left my phone in the car but team returned it to me the next day. Good, honest, easy.

Horrible service
Horrible service! Called the customer service to get some approvals, they are so rude laughing over the phone and making fun of you. Also the calls are not recorded so everyone in the customer service say different things.
Rent from better companies. Not from the ones require credit card for deposit (WHO USES A CREDIT CARD IN THE UK ANYMORE?)
