These people are THIEVES!!

These people are THIEVES!!! I booked a rental online through booking.com. I was given a price within my budget, when I got to Arizona to pick up the car I was charged a totally different amount. I refused to sign the documents and informed the employee that I won't be getting the car. Before she had provided me with the total amount she ran my card and charged my account. When I told her that I didn't need the car anymore she responded and said why go though all this and not get the car? My account was charged without me getting a car from them. When I called ask them to refund my money I was told that they never had me in their system.

The worst car rental experience ever

The worst car experience ever. Hard to find the shuttle at the airport. Took us an hour going back and forth. No sign! Broken elevator. Only one shuttle for transportation, so more than 30 minutes wait in the heat with kids. Finally got the car, as we started driving, the car was shaking and had to go back and change it. So another 30 minutes since they didn’t have one ready. I DON T RECOMMEND THIS CAR RENTAL AT ALL

Worst possible experience

UPDATE: After this experience, I filed a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General and was eventually reimbursed for part of our additional expenses. They covered the Uber from the airport to our condo, plus a very small tip (hopefully management tips better in real life than they did on this reimbursement), as well as the difference between the original rental price and what we had to pay for an Avis rental instead.

However, they refused to reimburse several other expenses directly caused by their failure to provide the vehicle we reserved. They denied coverage for the insurance on the replacement rental, claiming it was “optional,” even though it became necessary because we were forced into a one-way rental situation instead of returning the vehicle to the original location as planned.

They also refused to reimburse the Uber to breakfast the next morning transportation we would not have needed if we had the rental car we reserved and they denied the Uber cost to get to Avis to pick up the replacement rental.

In total, we incurred more than $500 in additional expenses because they failed to honor our reservation, and they reimbursed only $218.89. While I appreciate receiving something back, this situation should never have happened in the first place.

HORRIBLE experience. We had a PREPAID reservation booked since January, but when we arrived at the airport shuttle today, we were told they had overbooked and no vehicle was available for us or for several other customers waiting there.

We checked every rental car company at the airport, and not a single car was available anywhere. Our only options were to either spend the night at the airport and hope for a car in the morning or pay for an Uber. Because of their poor management and overbooking, we now have to spend $175 on transportation instead.

Completely unacceptable customer service and terrible planning. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

Struggle bus

At the Irving location in Texas:
We arrived on time to pickup our rental, but we had to wait an hour in order to receive our car. Then, the car they had for us had a crack across the entire windshield. They upcharge quite a bit of money for tolls. Staff was not unkind, but they were not friendly.

One staff member was scrolling social media while checking someone out, the staff had us sign the paper before marking the damages on the car which did not feel professional, and even though we had uploaded all of our documents prior to arriving, we needed to show them all over again. The return process was simpler than the pickup, however the staff member was not communicative and never told us when our checkout was complete, she just walked away without saying anything.
The shuttle drivers were very kind, safe drivers, and were extremely helpful. The shuttle process was easy to use.

Barbara was fantastic

Barbara was fantastic! Super quick and very helpful. Was nervous because my trip has gone too smooth thus far. But she was able to get me in and out very quickly so I can enjoy my trip here in Florida. Thank you so much, Barbara!

Never Ever Again !!

My husband and I flew in from Nebraska to Dallas on Saturday May 9th. The shuttle arrived and the guy never said one word to us, in fact for a while I thought we were on the wrong shuttle. We were told it was about a mile from Dallas Fort worth, when it was about 15 minute drive. We arrive at a building that had a little sign on the door. Easirent 635 Robbie Dr, Irving Texas 75061 We were given a vehicle, but he looked around the lot for quite some time to try to figure out which vehicle to give us. He chose a vehicle with Bald Tires. We started driving to Granbury .My husband noticed they left the gas tank on Empty ! We go a couple more miles and the Key Fob goes off and says....LOW BATTERY.... We were obviously not given a quality vehicle. so we go BACK to EASIRENT , even though the lobby was full we told them, you gave us a vehicle with Bald Tires, with no gas and now the Key Fob is going off saying Low Battery. We just wanted our money back so we could be on our way to a Real Rental Car Center. I really thought he was NOT going to charge us, however when I received my e-mail they did charge us !!!!! $65.35 or $100.11 I was furious but just wanted to get on our way. The guy that helped us was very nice though, he had black braided hair and some of his teeth were gold, with a brilliant smile. I do hope these charges are reversed. It would only be the right decision. Thank you

THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY TO RENT FROM A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS I RENTED FROM THEM RETURNED THE VEHICLE THEY WENT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT TOOK OUT MONEY TWICE. WHEN I TRIED CALLING THEM THEY WOULD NOT RESPOND THEY KEPT HANGING UP ON ME AND WOULD NOT EVEN RESPOND. THEY KEPT PUTTING ME ON HOLD AND HANGING BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! n

I would not go near this company

I would not go near this company. The let me down with hours notice. I was moving house and had van booked for weeks. The day before they rang me multiple times changing the time I could collect and then hours before I was due to collect cancelled. Staff so rude and unhelful. Cost me money as I could not move and had to pay the landlord an extra weeks rent until I got sorted with Hertz who were brilliant.

literally the worst rental place iv ever encountered . they were rude, they were dirty, the car had broken seat belts, the car seats for my baby were dirty , the car itself had so many scratches on it , who knows if they assumed you did it. It took 2 hours to get a car then we had to switch due to the broken car seat. It was overall a waste and so gross. I would never ever go to them again

Rente un carro por 17 dias y me cobraron un deposito de 250 dolares por cualquier circunstancia que sería aparentemente devuelto después de devolver el auto, entregue el auto sin problemas, me dijeron que en 30 días me llegaba el depósito, me tuvieron esperando y esperando hasta que te canses de llamar y esperar mas de 20 minutos en la llamada, luego se inventan codigos de referencia de envios para alargar la espera y quedarse con el dinero, no dejen depósitos y si no les envian el dinero pronto reporten, no dejen pasar ni les crean nada o perderan su dinero en la empresa y perdí el dinero, eso fue hace 3 años y nunca llego el dinero.
Nota :No dejes que el tipo que trabaja con ellos te ayuda con el equipaje te presionara para que le des dinero de una manera hostigosa, nada amable, ni una sola maleta...
No les recomiendo, por favor, alejense de aquí.

Car they gave me was filthy

Car they gave me was filthy. The windshield was stained with water marks, the car had no wiper fluid, the seats were stained and the steering wheel was sticky. Never getting my business again. Irving, Texas location btw

xtremely disappointed with both Expedia and Easirent.

My flight was delayed, causing me to arrive outside Easirent’s stated pickup window. However, the real issue was that Easirent provided no practical after-hours support, did not answer their phones, and offered no reasonable solution despite operating as an airport rental provider.

I contacted Expedia support immediately and was advised under case reference 30174548 that it was acceptable to secure an alternative rental vehicle so I would not be stranded overnight. I relied on that guidance in good faith.

Despite this, Easirent classified the booking as a “no-show” and refused any refund consideration. Expedia then repeatedly hid behind the vendor policy instead of properly addressing the actual circumstances, even after multiple escalations and a second case reference (31083751).

What has been most frustrating is the complete lack of ownership and meaningful review. Responses appeared templated and were often sent within minutes, making it hard to believe the case history or prior support conversations were actually reviewed.

As a long-standing Expedia Platinum member, I expected significantly better customer support and advocacy. Instead, I was left paying for a vehicle I physically could not collect due to flight delays, lack of vendor support, and conflicting guidance from Expedia itself.

I would strongly caution travelers about booking with Easirent, especially if there is any chance of delayed arrival, and I am very disappointed in how Expedia handled the situation overall.

I Got a a rental Car through Priceline…

I Got a a rental Car through Priceline which was offered to me for $15/Day. However, the total payment ended up to Over $500.00. So,
1. This car rental is closed by 10:00 PM, which you don’t see when you book your car rental, and you will find yourself in trouble if you are picking your car after that time
2. They refused to accept my insurance saying they had issues with Root insurance, which was not disclosed in any of the rental process from booking to picking up the car
3. The attendant asked me if I can have the pass covered by them or be responsible for any amount of tolls in Dallas, I said I will handle the tolls my self, and he asked do you understand how the express lanes work? I said yes and signed the agreement.
Finally, I see they charged me around $173 for tolls and Fees while I am only responsible for about $63.00 tolls and around $138.00 for forced Insurance coverage besides what I paid through Priceline which was around $151.00.
NEVER EVER GO WITH THIS RENTAL CAR AS IT COSTS YOUR MONEY AND HEALTH AT THE SAME TIME.
UNDISCLOSED LOCATION HOURS, REJECTION OF YOUR OWN INSURANCE IN THE LAST MINUTES AND GOING WAY BEYOND YOUR ADVERTISED DAYLY CAR RENTAL RATES. I WOULD RATHER CALL IT CRAZYRENT.

Dishonest, Impatient, and Sloppy

Rented in PHX, 4/21/26 to 4/25/26. Never again.

Their "lot" (if you can call it that) is located 10-15 minutes off-site despite their listing saying they are at the airport. The van was incredibly cramped and uncomfortable with seats and aisles so tiny you have to be a child to squeeze through. Our first driver didn't get the step stool out for us despite obviously having elderly passengers. When asked she said she "just didn't trust it". Then get a better stool! The interior of the van was also dirty with empty bottles and cans in the cup holders. The driver blamed it on "the guys who drive it before me".

The booking process was fine because we went through Expedia, but the check-in process was miserable. Small little office, not particularly clean, surly office staff, pushing insurance upgrades, and misrepresented the car we received (we were told it was a hybrid).

The car was in decent condition except for some dog hair in the back seat and trunk.

Returning the car was terrible - no clear guides on where to go, impatient garage staff who gave us no help whatsoever - just asked one or two questions and handed us the paperwork. She didn't tell us where to go next or set any other expectations. We hadn't even unpacked the car yet before she got in it and started the engine like she was going to pull away.

In short: unless you're desperate, stick with one of the bigger companies and make sure to do your homework.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company.

I was incorrectly charged $103.75 for a parking violation that was issued on the same day at around 5:00 PM, while the vehicle had already been returned much earlier — at 2:44 PM on March 27. This is clearly confirmed by official return records.

Despite this, the charge was processed automatically based only on a system match of the vehicle, without properly verifying:

* the actual return time of the vehicle
* the exact time the violation occurred
* or who was actually in possession of the vehicle at that time

Customer support did not conduct a proper investigation and repeatedly referred only to what “the system shows,” without reviewing the actual facts, including the confirmed return time and possible reassignment of the vehicle to another user.

I requested a proper review, including return records and camera footage, but my concerns were not properly addressed.

As a result, I was charged for a violation that occurred after the vehicle had already been returned and was no longer in my possession.

This process appears to be fully automated and insufficiently reviewed, which raises serious concerns about the company’s accuracy, responsibility, and customer service standards.

This was a horrible place to rent a…

This was a horrible place to rent a vehicle. Staff are very rude. Would not recommend renting a vehicle from them. Rental property not listed. This was in Las Vegas at Harry Reid International Airport. Showed them my insurance coverage but would not rent to us until we bought there insurance. What was a great price became an expensive price. Stay Away

Did not refund my deposit

DO NOT RENT FROM EASIRENT. Terrible customer service, hard to reach. They told me I could return the car at another location in a neighbor state. I rented in Phoenix and had to change flight home from Vegas, no problem, just a $50 charge. They did not charge the $50 and are now telling me that I am at fault and are holding the $250 deposit. 3 calls, 1 month and much frustration, i am still out $250. NEVER AGAIN!
