EAST ANGLIA GROUP LTD レビュー

Needed some electrical and boiler work completed very quickly. Karl and his team were swift and efficient and doing the work. I would use them again without hesitation.

I have used East Anglia Cleaning Services for one year now to manage a holiday let, 12 bed change over. Ed and the team are hugely attentive, their work always of a high standard and flexible to changing circumstances. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We had a really good experience with Ed and his team and highly recommend them for professional clean, odd jobs and decorating. Ed was like our one stop shop. I originally approached him to carry out an end of tenancy clean and he ended up decorating the flat, servicing the boiler, clearing the gutters and many other repairs. We will definitely use them again

Great experience! Fast, efficient, professional service overall. Ed was great. He advised me throughout the process and was very friendly and helpful.
Ben arrived to install the shower right on time and was brilliant. He left no mess or rubbish . The experience couldn’t have been better. I am now up and running and everything was made so easy.
I will use this company again and again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you

We live in Woodbridge, but regularly work in London, have a holiday let in Suffolk, and also a dog... Ed, Charlene & the team do a great job working & cleaning around our ever changing schedule on all of them! Highly recommended if you want an efficient, but personal & flexible service. Simon

Friendly, efficient, thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommended

Scott arrived today to complete a long list of repairs in my rental property. He was super efficient, very friendly and did not mind when I added a few odd jobs to the long list. I would recommend East Anglia Group to others and will definitely use them again. Superb customer service.

Ed and his team are responsive, helpful and efficient. We have used their gardening, cleaning and electrical services which have all been carried out to an extremely high standard. Communication is excellent and I know I can contact Ed with any queries and they will be resolved quickly. We are delighted to have found East Anglia Group to help with our holiday let and recommend them highly!

East Anglia managed the boiler service and gas certificate for my holiday let recently. They were super efficient and carried out the work within a few days of my request. The whole experience was exactly how you would want things to be done. I have found them to be very responsive and helpful on emails and clear on pricing and plan to use them for the day to day management of my holiday let in the future.

Ed and his team have been cleaning my holiday let for several months now. I have had great reviews about the cleaning - the last guest wrote ‘spotlessly clean’ Ed has helped on several occasions with guest needs light bulbs, heating and bringing kindling. I can highly recommend the company, friendly, flexible and very good communication and most of all great cleaning

The company is professional, but their prices are very very high. I was charged £150 to wash some bed linen.

Pleasant staff . Some misunderstanding with requirements but Ed resolved issue . Would use again .

We have a regular cleaner and time, our cleaner is hard working and competent. Thank you!

Ed and his team have been wonderful with taking on the changeovers of my bell tent glamping business. Like me they have high standards so it's great I can just let them get on with it!
Ed is alway just a phone call away if there are any problems!

East Anglia Cleaning carried out an end of tenancy clean for me, which was left in a poor state. Maureen and Tanya have done an amazing job, including an incredible oven clean! I would definitely recommend!

East Anglia Cleaning are doing a fabulous job providing the housekeeping service for my holiday let. They provide a high standard service with meticulous attention to detail and are a very approachable and flexible company in providing this support for my business needs. Really lovely people to be working with.

An excellent company that did an excellent job. This was a bungalow that had been left for many months with no attention paid to it and was in a terrible state. Two lovely friendly ladies tackled it valiantly and professionally and it now looks and smells wonderful, ready to sell. I’d definitely recommend them

East Anglia Cleaning look after a selection of holiday cabins and their linen for us. They provide prompt service and Ed is always available if needed. A lovely team of cleaners who put in the extra effort too.

My experience could not have been better.
Ed replied promptly to a request for a builders clean, and subsequently communicated quickly and effectively
The team of cleaners were timely, efficient and polite... I would definitely recommend them.

Thanks for a really prompt response and a great clean. Cleaner was very professional and helpful.
