Just purchased a kitchen pop up waste , I was unsure of sizing so discussed this with a very helpfull person at east coast, my order arrived overnight and was exactly what I wanted thanks

Absolute rip off merchants, you have to pay return postage for the product, and you are not reimbursed for postage. You have to take out insurance, if damaged through transport they will not refund you. I will never recommend this company, give a very wide birth

Tried ordering a £294 bin unit. This lot tried charging £50 for carriage so cancelled the order. Instead purchased from Binopolis with FREE carriage.

The owner replied
"Thank you for your review but I am confused, the delivery of all of our bins are available on a FREE delivery service?"

That wasn't the case several days ago and your customer agent replied that the £50 was for any address in Scotland.

Had a mix up with an appliance order which the staff remedied promptly and professionally. Would recommend this company.

We cannot sing the praises of East Coast Kitchens high enough. They replied to my complaint of a faulty product we'd had fitted in our kitchen, just over a year ago, within an hour, and 2 days later emailed to tell us that a new replacement unit was winging it's way to us. It arrived as promised 5 days after I first contacted them! They gave us an outstanding level of service and were extremely pleasant throughout. Thanks to the great staff including the 'hands on' owner!

Please beware - East Coast Kitchens will do everything to prevent you from making a return. If you have issues, do not hesitate to use Small claims court. I managed to get part of my money back, and will not give up until I get the rest of it.

Meanwhile, 80 days after the order has been made, part of the order has not been sent yet.

I am online since 1996, and this is definitely the worse online shopping experience I ever had.

I am getting a kitchen through a different company who were charging £450 for an integrated bin from Germany which I thought was ridulously expensive. The company did give me the model number and said I can source myself, so a google search led me to East Coast Kitchens which was selling it at £100 cheaper. I took a punt and ordered but the bin never arrived (as I am renovating a whole house I am receiving lots of deliveries to two different addresses and we are not living on site and so it's hard to keep track). I realised 1 week after expected delivery date that it hadn't come. Called up ECK and they had received a confirmed delivery note from the courier company but they also realised that the delivery company had uploaded random photos of some sort of warehouse. They said they would look into it. The next day I received an email from ECK that said they are still looking into it with the delivery company but will send out a new one out to me so I do not have to wait, which prompted arrived within a few days. Thank you for making the process problem solving process very tolerable and for offering good prices.

We ordered a tap from this company and the filter replacement cap broke. They replace free of charge and were very prompt with the delivery. Thanks very much. Dina

I looked around for a Tap which had both Hot and Cold and Filtered and found a Clearwater Bellatrix which fitted the bill, searched around and reviews and price were both positive for Eastcoast Kitchens. I placed the order and the tap arrived in only a few days, very well packaged and in perfect condition. Having finally installed the tap today, I am so impressed not only with the Tap but overall service provided by Eastcoast. I would highly recommend them.

High quality products, very pleased with the items purchased. Had an issue with one of the items supplied, contacted the customer service who organised a replacement quickly. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a tap and a sink for my kitchen. Prices were competitive, delivery was quick, pleasant to liaise with. Would use again.

Rang Eastcoast to ask about availability of Smeg tap.
Lady said that they had one left and if I placed my order online she would allocate it to me. Ordered straight away.
My tap was delivered the next morning.

After sales service is very bad. Although my order shown as 2-3 days delivery, it end up being delivered 3 weeks later. I have bought about 420£ of material, and want to return items cost around 20£, the return process is manual , you need print a paper, fill in , sign, scan and email. I have managed the send an email exactly on the 15th day after the purchase , the declined the return. I would not used them . There are plenty of other companies offering same products with better service

Bought a Thomas Denby waste less than a year ago.
All the colour has washed off.
Brought this to there attention and have been totally ignored.
No after sales service whatsoever. Would give no stars if I could just for the amount I spent thinking I was getting a quality product.

We needed a sink very quickly and I used the online chat service which was very efficient and then placed my order. I received the sink within 24 hours and it was very well packaged and a competitive price. Great Service.

East coast provided good old fashioned customer service from first contact to completion of our business. Lorraine was our contact point and she kept us advised throughout. Their delivery promise was spot on and we are more than pleased to give them their 5 star rating.
