Ordered labels which were allegedly sent out the day after I ordered them but they have not arrived 7 working days (and two weekends) later. Have contacted company twice and they are blaming Royal Mail who delivered labels from a different company one day after the order (I had to try a different company as they were super urgent!!)

I was very disappointed in the product water ban, the letter are not black as per the picture when order and therefore not visible for small children. I order this for my son who start reception in September and unfortunately won't be able to use it!
The website is very misleading and the image when creating the ban should show how it will come out on the order. Waste of money!

I placed an order on the website with the understanding that if I ordered before noon, my delivery would be arranged for the same day. Unfortunately, my order did not arrive as expected. When I reached out via email for clarification, I was assured that my order would still arrive on the same day. Subsequently, I received a text message from the company indicating that no one was present at the delivery address, which was inaccurate. After attempting to track my order, I found that I had been blocked from further access. I advise against placing orders with this company, as their communication has been inconsistent, and my recent attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.

Ordered iron on labels. They are tiny & the writing is so small it can't be made out. Very disappointed.

The customer service was below what I expected. I ordered some labels and they arrived but not in the colour or full name I wanted. Buyers beware the basket software does not automatically update your choices so i checked out without the system updating my choice. I went back to advise and they declined to help. Surely it’s just a case of reprinting. Offered me free posting on placing another order. I have told my craft group of my experience and lack of empathy from the company so no more orders if this is the way they treat you.

I’ve placed 3 orders (labels and clip tags) in the space of 2 weeks and not one of them has been dispatched same day.
There was around 2 working days before dispatch for the first 2 orders.
my 3rd order was placed at 13.11 on Friday and it’s now Monday 6pm and still not dispatched.

Bought the snappy tags but no instructions in the package. Emailed customer service in the evening and received the instructions next morning by return email. Great response time, great product.

I bought a number of items on here to label dad's clothes from stickers to clip-ons and they worked really well.

I have used easy2name for the last 3 or 4 years the clothing labels adhere to the clothing perfectly and do not come off in the wash. Some of them have lasted 2 years of washing and tumble drying and are still difficult to take off. The bottle bands are amazing too, durable for everyday use and washing again I've used the same one for 2 years. I have just recieved another order of labels and also the plastic tags too and again have not been disappointed with the quality and ease of use of the product with easy to follow instructions. I won't use any other label company they have fast shipping and delivery and high quality products at amazing prices.

Negatives. DO NOT stick. All our labels are coming off on first wash (30°), now none of my three kids items are labeled and I’m going to have to buy more from a different company.

Excellent quality and fab customer service

I've ordered from this company on three occasions now, and the service has always been prompt. Great quality products, with a good range. I've ordered a number of water bottle bands which are brilliant! Also I love, that you always receive some sort of discount good as a thank you.

I’ve ordered back to school iron on name labels and stickers for a couple of years running from this company. Amazing quality and very fast despatch / delivery too. Durable in both washing machine and dishwashers on well used items. Definitely recommend. Thank you for a great service yet again :)

I am really surprised by the negative reviews for this company. Now if I had seen these reviews before ordering I problay wouldn't order.
But I'm glad I didn't read these!
As I've had a few orders now over about 3 years for both my children the clothing labels are and stick on labels for bottles ect are brilliant they are still on after loads and loads of washing! I couldn't fault these labels at all!

I have now purchase the clothing stamp to see if this saves me buying loads of clothing labels every year! I can't comment how long it lasts being washed as I've only just purchased this but the stamp prints well and very good. I had to speak with the customer service team Alison via email and then spoke to Julie via telephone as I couldn't figure out how to get the ink pad out the stamp 🫢 once told it was very easy! Felt a bit silly really after realising.

Overall the customer service was quick via email and very helpful, very quick to resolve my issue.
Thanks again. Don't let all the negative reviews put you off.
Clothing labels, stick on labels to equipment all work and stay stuck clothing stamp seems good too can't comment on other products

absolutely awful!! realised i made a mistake ok ordering, emailed straight away and they refused to change it or cancel so now i’m £20 out of pocket

I love the food labels but sadly they no longer appear to be available.
The ones iv used most are simple name labels and I customise to say wether a morning or afternoon feed these last ages with daily dishwashing.
Would love to see the ones with room to write on come back in stock though

Worst labels ever! This is the 8th year I've used clothing labels stick and iron on. The stick on labels (with covers) came off with 1 day at school and the iron on ones come off with every wash. Firstly the iron on Ones can't be put on the clothes label. The most obvious place to put them, so ironed on the garment itself as instructed. The ones that hadn't completely come off were falling off. Absolute rubbish. I will cut them up and reorder from the company I usually use. Why I didn't do that in the first place i have no idea. Please don't waste your money these are truly awful. Look and the number of 1 star reviews, I wish I had.

I placed any order for Back to School labels on 28th August and they still haven't arrived on 4th September. I understand they use Royal Mail for delivery and obviously there are problems in certain areas but they should offer a different delivery method so that orders can arrive sooner. I now have to go and buy more so I can label the uniform ahead of return to school this week. I won't be using the company again.

I buy 100labels AND IT LASTS YEARS EBFORE I USE THEM UP.
the iron on labels endure all school uniform washing, never comes off, easy to iron.

the stickers are soo good. the name may fade away from the shoes but the stickers never come off.

good promo codes as well.
