They charge extra for a flexible booking that you can, in theory, cancel free of charge, but then offer no mechanism for cancelling other telephoning a permanently engaged phone number.

Absolutely terrible experience.
Stayed in Easy hotel in dublin.
Room so small it barely fits 2 people.
Window would not open.
Not even a glass in the bathroom
No where to put clothes
Not cheap either!
Never stay here sgain

Rooms very small. Frayed and ripped towels in the room. We had two cases and were given small room on 3rd floor. No lift. Last night I knocked on EVERY door on the first floor. All empty. I think staff actively chose to put us in on the 3rd floor as they saw he had large cases.

Do not stay here. There are better hotels for less money in London

A very cheap and nasty experience. Never again. I felt like an insect caught in the grease of the machine of Mammon. Even the entrance to the hotel was uninviting - with an unpredictable electronic door mechanism that opened out on to me. There was a long wait at checkin for my room, while the concierges spoke Spanish among themselves (they should be aware that guests might also speak Spanish) and clicked on their computers in their attempts to find my room. I didn't understand the lift mechanism and got an unenthusiastic response when I asked for help (by now there was a mounting Queue for checkin at the desk). My room wasn't ready when I arrived, I met the cleaner mopping at the door (the cleaner was nice). The lighting in the room was not at all conducive to someone who prefers to read rather than watch tv. There was nowhere to put my clothes, or a desk to put my laptop, no kettle to make myself a cup of my own herbal tea. I felt like I was in a toxic plastic box. There was a greasy handprint on the wall above the bed (horrific) The duvet was plastic and nasty. There was a noise all night like an aeroplane on endless take off - most unrestful. I had little confidence in the ability of the seemingly inexperienced staff to offer me any real hospitality, I suspect they are underpaid and obviously overwhelmed.

Boeking gedaan voor 17/02/23 met vertrek 19/02/23 via Booking.com te Easyhotel Amsterdam. Alles gedubbelchecked.

Blijkt bij aankomst dat de boeking werd gewijzigd van 19/02/23 tot 21/02/23. Geen enkele communictie was mogelijk in het hotel. Uiteindelijk geen andere keuze gehad dan te herboeken en 400 EUR te betalen. De initiële 300 EUR zijn wij volledig kwijt, dus alstublieft: gebruik deze boekingsprovider nooit …

I got a room in the basement, and everything in the room was in bad condition. There was a niche in the wall, in which an old wooden shelf, painted partially with fainted blue color. A small hatch above the bed was used as a window, barely being able to open it. The walls were full of stains as this was a bloody scene, not mentioning the filthy bed covers. The walls of the room were made of a thinner material than paper, as you could hear e v e r y t h i n g outside(definitely not for light sleepers)
The small corner(you can't call it a room) that was made for the shower, was merely able to accommodate an average person like me while standing in the shower, not talking even about sitting on the stinky bathroom.
I felt like being a stock animal in a barn. You might think that if you pay cheap, you deserve to get the very least of an appropriate place to stay in, but guess what: in the same price I reserved me an apartment in Earl's Court the next day. Don't know if to call them a scam, but they really not deserve the name 'Hotel'.

Very poor service, I was charged for one night on booking and then they said it was cancelled at liverpool and I had to pay again x2. I spoke to the manager who said i'd get my money back but still haven't it's been more than a month and now they are tranna argue with me, I have all the proof. They put on booking free parking, there isn't, so had to pay for parking in a muti story. They upgraded the room so called and there were no glasses, cups or anything, very basic. Heard some ppl slept in a very small airing cupboard room where they could hear the drains and toilets being flushed. Get a travel lodge one a lot better.

Where to start non-existent customer service, completely unhelpful, clueless. They are cheap for a reason, they are absolutely diabolical. Use any other hotel except this company.

I booked for 2 night Friday and Saturday and had confirmation. Came back sat pm and they had removed my stuff and given the room to someone else. They said I had only booked Friday. Showed confirm email, said key card still active after 10am sat morning, register form said 2 nights, no cleaner when I left room 13.35 pm. All proof that I had booked 2 nights. Kept lying to me and said it was 3rd party booking.com fault. It absolutely was not. I even had an email from them taking payment for the two nights. Wouldn't do anything about it and just kept on lying. They were full but booking.com paid for another hotel after 3 hours of chasing around and no Saturday night out and loads of stress. They are an absolute disgrace. If you mess up then own it and resolve it, don't tell untruths to try and cover up.

After a month of trying since a company this big cannot even provide a customer service number.

Still have yet to received confirmation details for a booking we are due to be going on...

Soon quick enough to take your money though. Fingers crossed it's a legit booking.

Hello, I have stayed here a numerous amount of times now, and I have been well looked after, Bright has been exceptionally helpful, very welcoming, sorting the T.V and remote, and making sure out toiletries are regularly replenished. Outstanding service and atmosphere. I thank-you, and will be returning.. I have spread the word and recommended to all. Many thanks, Dalos! :)

No carpet, no kettle, poor heating. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Luton EasyHotel was so disgusting, the window was black and rotten on the inside with a smear of something nasty on the inner ledge. The bathroom light had a constant strobe effect it made me feel ill (luckily I don’t suffer from epilepsy). Could not switch off the bedroom light so slept with it on. Fortunately our flight had been delayed so we only needed to stay there for a few hours. Appalling. AND there is no way to complain to the company, although I have messaged Resolver, but never got a response. I have written and uploaded photos to TripAdvisor too. I am scarred by the experience.

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL CHAIN THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I booked 2 nights at their Croydon location. Go there to be told they were closed due to a water leak and they refuse to refund me. If you want to be scammed give it a go.

Selvom hotel måske er lidt en overdrivelse at skrive.
Har aldrig været i så lille et værelse, ihvertifald ik hvor jeg har skullet betale for det.. badeværelset er jo nærmest ikke eksisterende, skal jo stå med den ene halvdel inde i den mikroskopiske bruser og den anden del ude i resten af “badeværelset” for at tørre mig. Der er en rand rundt om sengen på ca 30 cm, det er den gulvplads der er..
Det er vist både første og sidste gang jeg benytter mig af dem..

I left a pair of trainers at the hotel and didn’t realise until a week later. Asking the hotel about this and was ignored for a week then told they were never found. Asked to review the CCTV and they said they wouldn’t unless the police were called. Absolutely terrible service and ran by thieves that like to steal people’s belongings. Will never use the brand again or let any of my family/friends to go there without telling them if my terrible experience
