Absolute scum bags, they took £150 from me 7 weeks ago for my Range Rover which did not arrive, no number to ring and the WhatsApp they use was constantly telling me they will send the plates out in 24hrs but never do. Now there telling me they have refunded me the money which they have not done. Tramps

Same experience as many others — I ordered custom plates but never received any order confirmation or tracking details. The company gave me excuse after excuse, claiming the plates had been sent but never providing proof. At one point they even said they’d deliver them personally since I lived nearby. Eventually, they claimed a refund had been processed, but I never saw it, so I had to get my bank involved and initiate a chargeback.

I honestly don’t know what their real issue is — whether they’re just extremely poorly run, deliberately cycling payments, or even collecting personal and vehicle details for other purposes. Whatever the case, the service is useless. Do not buy from them.

Absaloute shambles of a company,preferred and paid £87 for my number plates for fast delivery,they didn’t come,contacted them,and they said that they didn’t have digits,and they would be sent out right away,and they wouldn’t charge me postal money,waited another three days still not appeared,messaged them back again,they said let me check your status,then totally blanked me,messaged them back following day and asked them did you check my status,still didn’t answer,so phoned multiple times,but couldn’t get through,so eventually went onto trustpilot to get information about them and wasn’t surprised to see I’m not the only one this has happened to,went back to them and told them I wanted a refund after nearly two weeks,they eventually got back and said they would give a refund,and still wouldn’t give me a reason why this wasn’t resolved in the first place,got my refund four days later,avoid this company,I actually got to the stage it was a scam,and if I wasn’t consistent with my contact I would have simply been ignored,woeful place

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot and other sites before dealing with Easy Number Plates, as my experience has been utterly disappointing. I contacted them on 15th June after receiving a fine for not displaying the British Standard (BS) number on my number plates. To clarify, my plates met all the legal requirements — the spacing, font, height, and background were correct — except for the omission of the BS number. It’s not illegal to have the spacing and font the same; the BS number needs to be displayed to meet legal standards.

I reached out via their website, asking for a callback rather than providing details upfront, and I received a call within minutes. I explained the situation, and I was assured they would send replacement plates once I sent a photo of the current plates. I did so on 17th June. Despite this, over a week passed with no communication from them. I tried calling multiple times, sent messages via WhatsApp, but received no response for another week.

Frustrated, I warned them that I would leave a negative review if I didn’t hear back. Almost immediately, I received a message promising to dispatch the replacement plates and that I should receive them by the following Tuesday. Of course, no plates arrived. I repeated my calls and messages, all ignored. On 25th June, I again requested an update or cancellation, making it clear that I would leave a review if they failed to deliver. I received the same vague reassurance that the plates would be dispatched with a delivery date of the following Tuesday. This cycle repeated two more times over the next month, and as of today, 25th July, I am still without the plates.

This has been an utterly frustrating experience. Their customer service is shockingly poor — they ignore calls and messages, break promises, and show no regard for their customers. The only consistency has been their complete failure to deliver or communicate effectively.

There are many other companies offering similar number plate designs with far better aftercare and customer service. I strongly urge anyone considering Easy Number Plates to read reviews beforehand. Trustpilot reflects their ongoing poor service, and Review Centre shows an even more troubling pattern.

I will be sharing this review across all available platforms, as I believe this company cannot be trusted with your money. While I wouldn’t go as far as calling them scammers or rude, their behaviour — ignoring communication and making false promises — is unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.

If you value your money avoid this company like the plague. Motorbike plate ordered the 24th June, ask for an update one week later, was told it was being dispatched next day on 24hr delivery. 2 and half weeks later still no plate and not replying to messages, This company is a scam and should be shut down.

Placed an order for front and rear plates, £70 odd and got no confirmation emails or communication at all, I sent off the required documents and again got no response at all.

After 2 days I used the contact us link and got a WhatsApp number to use, I actually like this as you don't need to wait around for answers... I asked if they had my order, It took them over a day to read the message.. then they didn't reply.

Chased them with another request for confirmation and an update and was told the plates would arrive on Friday but no tracking was provided and nothing arrived on Friday

I messaged again on Monday looking for updates and my message was not read again, messaged on Tuesday to say cancel the order... The messages were read but they didn't bother to reply to them, no apology, nothing to say it is on the way. No F's given, pretty sure the message to say I would receive by Friday was complete BS.

I had a very similar experience to other reviews... DO NOT IGNORE THESE REVIEWS, do not think your order will be different, the website is really really good.. It's still a scam.

Ordered plates, arrived damaged, one of the letters had scratches all over it and there was something trapped under the backing of the yellow plate that stood out white on the front. Contacted them, they asked for pictures, which i sent. Heard nothing. Chased, they asked for my mobile number and promised their workshop manager would ring me later (Friday night). No call. No response. Not sure why they needed to call me, i just want them replaced and to return the damaged ones. Contacted them again via their whatsapp, they asked for my reg and then went silent. Someone from their company then rang me while i was on the whatsapp chat getting ignored, and apologised for all the problems, stated the plates were due to to be remade and promised they'd be sent out as a priority, that was two weeks ago and still nothing. I've contacted them again on whatsapp today twice (31/05/24) and one message has been read and just ignored. It appears they also lock you out of your account too. Definitely using the correct log in and when you go to register as a new user it allows you to create a new account using the same email you've already registered with.
DO NOT use this company, they're a scam. I'll be reporting to trading standards next week and contacting my bank to get my money back.

WELL! where do i start? I ordered 2 metal plate one with slogan one without. I got 2 plastic ones both with slogan. Took around 24 days to get the wrong plates. They said they where going to refund me a few days ago then sent these instead. Also Scratched lol... Only good thing one was yellow and one was white! WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN

Ordered plates weeks ago 70£+ paid for 3-5days delivery never received plates asked for a refund no replies unable to contact them not replying to e-mails so have used my credit card company to get my money back please warn other people about this site use Facebook to get as many people you can to share information about this company!!!!!!!

ORDERD PLATES ON THE 12 DEC WE. PAYED FOR 48 HOUR DELLIVERY STILL NO PLATES PHONED THEM 6 TIMES ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY ARE ON THE WAY DONT WORRY ITS MY SONS XMAS PRESENT .DONT BOTHER USING THEM PUNCH OFF COW BOYS

Don’t get me wrong, the number plates are gorgeous and so well made however this great product is tainted by the lack of customer service skills and attitude of the workers (before I start BEWARE they own 2 companies - Exotic and Easy Number Plates)
Ordered some number plates on the 26th, for special delivery on the 28th. Get to the 28th, nothing arrives I ask for an update directly from the dealer I’m told there’s and issue with parcel force sorry you will get them on the 31st - this is after being ignored for 4 hours by them on Instagram message. I request a refund and tracking information immediately…I was left 3 days with no tracking, no refund notification after I was told no worries - this will be sent.

Get to the 31st, still no tracking, no sign of
Plates. I ring, and I’m met with ‘they’re just being made and being sent today’ - so you mean to tell me someone’s lied to me on the 28th; telling me they’ve been made and I should of had them today? Ridiculous customer service skills and I’m sure if I hadn’t of chased them I would never of got my product.
Wouldn’t recommend at all! BEWARE they also own Exotic Number Plates.

Great website to build your plate, good product, good price,good service

I ordered a set of plates for £25 on 6th December and they have still not arrived over 2 weeks later. They never respond to emails. I have phoned twice and been told they have been shipped but nothing arrived. Trying to get my money back now.

First class service, good quality product, and prompt delivery.

This rogue scammed me out of my money and did not supply me with a numberplate. I would recommend that you check out other review sites before dealing with them!
