We’re sorry you feel this way, but your review is both inaccurate and misleading.

You were issued a full refund, which is a fair and appropriate resolution. We do not withhold customer funds, and we have clear records of all communication and actions taken.

We also want to be clear, racially abusing our staff over WhatsApp messenger is not something we will tolerate within the organisation.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused and for how this experience came across.

The delay was due to courier disruption and significant backlogs during the Christmas period, which unfortunately impacted deliveries and tracking updates beyond our control. This should have been explained more clearly at the time, and we apologise for the lack of proactive communication while this was ongoing.

Once it became clear that the courier delays were not resolving quickly enough, a full refund was issued immediately. We appreciate this situation was disappointing and not the service you expected.

Thank you for your feedback — it helps us review courier performance during peak periods and improve how we communicate with customers in future.
