TERRIBLE SERVICE RIPPED OFF £49!
This company took £49 from me , they did not send my order, when I asked where it was they said they did not know..! After a few days they said they would refund me -and they have not! they have ripped me off! THIS IS FRAUD and I will report it to the relevant authorities in the UK and France.

I use them to buy many products that are hard or impossible to find in the UK. Prices are really good compared with over here. Great variety of products, easy and fast to use website. Delivery can take at least 7 days, so if you are in a rush buy somewhere else.

I was promised that my parcel will be received in less than a week.
I haven't received my parcel at all.

I sent a complain and I haven't received any reply.
I will request a refund from my bank. This is the only way I can get my money back.

Ordered online on 25th Sept. Received prompt email to say order validated and payment processed. On 9th Oct I received an auto-generated email to say my payment had been refunded. No explanation of why and no answer to my email. The items are still available on their website!
I've tried the UK number which is just a message system that requests my "6 digit order number", but mine is 9 digits so I can't get anywhere with it. Appalling!

I have been ordering from easyparapharmacie for around a year now and have always had a good experience with quick delivery; I won't be able to vouch for customer service as I haven't contact them yet but so far so good.

Very competitive, easy to deal with and speedy delivery. Much cheaper than Scamazon, sorry Amazon and tracked delivery

They sent completely the wrong product. Their customer service email bounced. Impossible to login to their website to complete the contact form unless you had registered for an account rather than guest checkout, so had to phone France for a correct email

They ignored the first email, then after several irrelevant replies in broken English they asked for a photo of the incorrect product. Then they asked for my order number (which I had already provided) so I provided that again. THEN THEY ASKED FOR THE PHOTOS AGAIN!!!

I submitted a Paypal claim and they ignored it until Paypal picked it up. TWO MONTHS later they're finally asking me to return the incorrect item but they don't want to pay return postage.

I received my order in 2 days which is great but there is a product missing. I tried to contact Easyparapharmacie using contact form but the system doesn't work. I tried to send email to Customer service but failed many times. I hope you Easyparapharmacie can see my comment here and get in touch with me. It takes them a good couple of weeks to get back to you on reported issue with your order. I ordered a 150 ml size product and received a 100 ml bottle instead. Two weeks after I contacted the customer service about this I have received an email saying they would issue a refund.

Horrible experience, haven't delivered an item that I ordered mid-December and continue to claim it was delivered.

Are not willing to reimburse me either.

Everything being processed correctly. Free delivery over 29£, paypal payment plus free insurance - safe and reliable. Ordered 2.08, delivered as promised 8.08, by hermes. The order in excellent condition plus free sample. Amazing prices.

Good price but slow delivery. Took 9 days to arrive at UK address from France. Customer service don't reply to emails

Scam.
I never received my order, the track number doesn't work, you can not send email or call them.
Poor quality service, great liying. Expensive shipping. Waste of money.
