I usually only order from Ebonyline. They do a pretty good job of sending my wigs on time. I have had situations in the past where they forgot about my order but I called them and they sent my wigs right out. Sometimes I have a good experience with them sometimes not so good but compared to some of the other online wig stores I would say that Ebonyline is one of the better ones.

I really liked Ebonyline until they banned me from ordering from them because I made a PayPal dispute. They'd much rather be petty and lose my business as a long time custoner because they're mad I filed a dispute.
I received the wrong product
I received the wrong product, I ordered gray, salt and pepper and received brown and black. I checked it out several times before finally completing the order. I don't want a replacement, I'm requesting a full refund. So disappointed!

Customer support sucks
I purchased two wigs from this company and l only received one. I sent pictures of the package that was left and you can clearly see only one wig can fit. I went back and forth with them and nothing was done. They stated it shows two wigs were sent. Obviously it was wrong. It is upsetting because l have purchased a few wigs from them . I will never purchase another one . I had no reason to lie.
Beware of used and damaged products.
My wig came in a damaged box and without the paper wrapping and gold seal that that line of wigs always come with.

I have been very successful at purchasing all of my products and wigs. Timeliness and efficiency has been my personal experience. I almost feel as if I have my own personal Gorgeous wig subscription. I have had numerous compliments with every purchase.

I placed an order for 2 hair pieces from Ebonyline on Sept. 14, 2025 and I received another customer hair pieces that lives in Austin, TX. on 9-19-25. I sent them an email to let them know I received someone else hair pieces. They ask me to take a picture of the merchandise I received and I did. I advised them that I should not have to pay to send this back. They informed me they would send me a return label. I had to continue emailing them about the label. They finally sent it on 10-10-25 because they were not going to refund my $49.69 until I returned the other person hair pieces and I had no problem sending it back because it's not the kind of hair that I wear. Not once did they offer to send me the 2 hair pieces I ordered. I returned the hair back to them and they received it on 10-20-25 per USPS. I had to keep emailing them about my refund. They kept telling me it would take 5-7 business days to process. I FINALLY received my refund back to my credit card account on Nov. 5,2025. I will NEVER order from them again!!! Poor customer service.

Theyâre good as long as you donât have an issue with the product. I received defective hair from Shake N Go and showed them video proof. They stated that the defect was normal and declined any help. I will never order from here again and I was a long term customer. I am also boycotting Shake N Go because this is the second defective product Iâve received from them. They are deceptive and are committing fraud.

Very disappointed in EbonylineâŠ
Iâve been a loyal customer for many years and was very disappointed when I ordered wigs on Tuesday 23rd Sept for the express delivery that shouldâve arrived on Thursday 25th Sept. I paid an extra $15+ for the express service , and now Iâm wondering whether the wigs were shipped in time. The ETA is now scheduled for Monday 29th when I will not be in the country to receive the package. I emailed the company and they were very very unhelpful with their response stating that they do not control shipping times. My question is if that is the case then why bother offering an express service when it does not work and does not deliver when it says it should. I have now lost out on my wigs and money for extra shipping services. No follow up response and no regards that I have shopped with them for years - disappointing and very upsetting

Update...... my claim with ups was cancelled and I didn't do it and ups said someone cancelled it. I only dealt with ebonyline trying and begging for them to call ups. And of cause once again, nothing and it's been a month with the same issue. Ebony line has gone down hill, with customer service and sending the right wigs. So I have no refund from ups cause ebonyline won't help and wig has gone, which I know they wi get it, and send it to someone else. Never again will I order from ebonyline. I get my wigs elsewhere.
