They sit on the order for days then email saying product not available. Well refund my money! You all knew it wasn’t in stock before order was placed! Keep up with inventory! Trying to sell products in too many places at once like TikTok then your actual website and you can’t keep up with inventory
Nice products, good prices and great communication
I have no issue with this company. I have ordered from them before. Recently I ordered 3 wigs and some accessories on 8/29/25. I immediately received a confirmation of my order. A day or two later, I received the shipping confirmation and on 9/5/25 my order was delivered via fedex. Within one week of purchase, I had my order even though it was Labor Day week. It's a good company in my opinion.
Wrong items, weak apology, and staff that clearly need training
Ebonyline shipped the wrong items. They first told me that the incorrect items I received is what I ordered. When I showed receipts, they told me I had to return and then re-order at my expense. $16 mattered more to them than customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Accused me of damaging product
I’ve been a repeat customer of Ebonyline, but my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered the Shake-N-Go Legacy Human Hair Blend Lace Front Wig - GENEVA, and the clasp snapped immediately upon opening, leaving the wig unusable.
Instead of taking accountability, Ebonyline tried to apply their standard return policy—charging customers for return shipping and initially suggesting a partial refund, even though the item was clearly defective on arrival. They refused to provide a replacement, store credit, or even a prepaid return shipping label, which is standard practice when a company sends a faulty item.
When I pushed back saying I would have to file a complaint with the BBB, FTC, and proceed with a chargeback, their responses became dismissive and even implied I had tampered with the wig, which was untrue and insulting. They ultimately told me to “proceed with my action plan” instead of working toward a fair resolution.
This is unacceptable customer service. Under consumer protection laws, companies are responsible for covering return shipping for defective products and providing either a refund or replacement. Ebonyline refused to comply with these obligations.
I will no longer shop with this company, and I urge others to be cautious. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect Ebonyline to take responsibility.

I read some of the reviews. However, I decided to try it out for myself. I made my order. I reach out to know when I will receive my package. I was informed that I will receive an email once the package is shipped out. I ordered on August 15 and received it on August 21. Prices are affordable. My ponytail & bangs are soft. Smell Good, New Packages of hair. I would recommend Ebonyline to my friends and family. They have a customer for life. I give 5 STARS *****. Thank you, Ebonyline🙏🙏🙏

Ordered a wig that I never received
Ordered a wig that I never received. It was probably delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to customer service and was basically told that it was not their problem. No offer to help with the claim with UPS. Will not order from them again.
Concern Regarding Misleading Shipping Estimates
I haven’t received the hair yet, so I can’t speak to the quality. However, I’m confused by how many recent complaints there are about shipping and now I’m experiencing the same issue.
I ordered hair specifically for an upcoming trip, and the website showed it would arrive this past weekend. Instead, it’s now delayed until the day I leave. I’ve seen responses from the company saying delivery dates aren’t guaranteed and are based on a set number of business days, but at checkout, a specific date is provided, which makes it feel misleading. If it’s actually based on a set number of business days, that should be clearly stated.
As a college student, I spent a significant amount of money expecting to have the hair in time for my trip. Had I known the delivery estimate wasn’t reliable, I wouldn’t have ordered at all. It’s frustrating and disappointing to plan around a date that ultimately wasn’t accurate.
I also want to mention that this isn’t the first time I’ve had a shipping issue with this company. Last year, I paid for expedited shipping and still waited nearly two weeks for my order to arrive, I believe it was a Sensational wig. I actually went back through my emails and saw the previous situation, which is wild.
looking back, I had no issue with the hair, so this really seems to be a recurring shipping issue rather than a product issue. I’m just disappointed because I was really counting on having the hair in time for my trip and had no interest in wearing it beyond that. It’s frustrating and unfortunate, but at this point, I just needed to express how I feel.
Beyond Disappointed
I have never been more upset. My last order was a joke. Tangled mess right out of the packaging I think it was about 24" long with very loose waves but the ends were so tangled and matted, I couldn't even run my fingers through it. I did my research before ordering it and went through every review. Even watched a video so tell me why everything they said was not a problem with the wig, was a problem. You wouldn't believe how much the reviews were raving about how there's no shedding with the wig and it does not tangle. ALL LIES!!! I feel scammed for real because the quality of the wig was so bad, there's no way anyone could have worked with it. Not to mention, there were random chunks of hair that stuck straight out from the crown of the wig that would not lay flat no matter what I tried. Trash would be too good of a name for it. Shame on the misleading reviews making it seem like something it definitely was not, too.

I paid $18.96 for USPS Priority Mail to have the package by Saturday June 28th. The package took over 24 hours to be sent to the USPS facility. I ordered Thursday morning and the package still has not come. I would have paid the $4.99 flat rate shipping fee instead. A waste of money and horrible customer service!

Do not shop here. I paid for two day shipping and they did not send it with two day shipping. They took two days to even prepare my items and then sent it regular mail. When I reached out to ask for help, they essentially told me "sorry" and that they could do nothing. Please take your money somewhere else.

I ordered an item express and the item did not show up on time. I ordered items from across country from other companies as well on the same day to be shipped on express. Everything arrived today expect what I ordered from Ebonyline. Their customer service is rude and they don’t care. They take your money for express and send it regular mail! I asked for the express mail amt to be refunded back to my card since the items won’t arrive until 6/23/25. Items were suppose to be delivered by 6/18/25.
They are too cheap to use UPS or Fed ex to make sure items arrive on time to paying customers!
Vanessa Fashion Full Wigs Disappointing
This is my personal experience with Ebonyline. I ordered 2 Vanessa Fashion Full Wigs - LALA, different colors around the end of May 2025. I received my wigs June 6, 2025. I put on one of the wigs and it was a DISASTER! I have not opened the 2nd wig yet. I am a wig wearer, and I know how wigs should be. For starters, the wig was nothing like the photo. The hair is not good quality. Normally, I can put on a wig and take my fingers and create an instant style and be done. This was not that simple. I tried to style it with a wig comb and that didn't work, the hair didn't want to move in a different direction. and the thread and hair started falling from it. I then learned I couldn't adjust the tightness, because the space to adjust the clamps weren't opened. I had to cut an opening for the clamp. I have always worn Vanessa wigs for as far back as I can remember, and this in MY OWN OPINION ONLY, is definitely not one. I know I can't return it, because I put the wig on my head, and I had to cut an opening for the clamp. I will keep attempting to style it enough to get some wear from it. This particular order has really disappointed me. I feel as though I have thrown money away. I personally will never order from this company again.
Trash can quality wigs
I placed an order for three bob wigs . I immediately opened them to inspect and right out of the packaging one of the wigs was ripped where the part should be . Two of the outside packages had rips in them as well . I sent an email to the company who in turn accused me of damaging the wig myself ! Refused to refund me back as well . Buyers beware this company is selling trash wigs .
THEY SELL USED WIGS
They sold me used wigs and they smelled like heavy chemicals and then lied and told me they would refund me or work with me on solving the issue but then told me they couldn't because I didn't report it within 24 hours in which I was out of town with my job I just got home.. They started blaming me the wigs had a heavy chemical smell. I will be filing a claim with my bank and bbb don't fall for the nice wigs guy they are scamming really bad... totally uncalled for and totally unacceptable!!

Abusive Company - Crazy and Exploitative
I’ve been a loyal customer of Ebonyline for over 8 years. During this time, I’ve overlooked numerous mistakes—orders being canceled multiple times with no explanation, poor-quality materials, and faulty products that arrived ripped, torn, or with holes in them. Despite these consistent issues, I have been patient, hoping that things would improve. But after my most recent experience, I can no longer ignore the way I’ve been treated.
Ebonyline’s entire business revolves around serving *Black women*—their products are tailored to our needs, and we are their primary clientele. Despite this, Ebonyline has no respect for us. They profit from our dollars, yet treat us with disdain. After years of dealing with their mistakes, I have reached my limit.
For a long time, I struggled to find an affordable way to have wigs shipped to Europe without paying outrageous fees. I typically had my orders shipped to someone in the U.S., who would then forward them to me in more affordable packaging. But since I began having my packages delivered to someone in the Bronx, NY, my service with Ebonyline has dramatically declined. They launched an investigation into my account, which I strongly believe was racially motivated. It’s clear they assumed anyone associated with the Bronx is suspicious. Despite spending significant amounts of money on their website, I was treated with nothing but disrespect.
Two weeks ago, I decided to cut out the middleman and have my order shipped directly to me in the Netherlands via expedited international shipping, which cost me $94. What followed was completely unacceptable. Ebonyline initiated an intrusive investigation, demanding sensitive documents that I have no confidence they can securely handle. After wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress, they canceled my order with no clear explanation. This is after I had already paid the $94 shipping cost, which I thought would ensure that my order arrived on time and in good condition.
I was supposed to receive my order on April 7, but after jumping through hoops to get permission to shop on their website, they canceled my order without any explanation, causing significant disruption to my personal life. When I asked for an explanation, I was met with silence. It felt like a direct slap in the face.
This is the reality for *Black women* who support Ebonyline. Despite the fact that we make their business possible, they have no respect for us. They market their products to us, profit from us, but treat us like we’re disposable. The way they handled my order—without any respect or professionalism—exemplifies how Black women are exploited and mistreated by companies that rely on us for their success.
But it gets worse. The website itself is abusive. I was bombarded with aggressive tactics from Shopify, treated like nothing more than a wallet to be exploited. I even had to use an ad-blocking extension just to escape their harassment. This is not the kind of experience any customer should have to go through when trying to buy a product.
Ebonyline’s actions are a clear example of how companies can profit from *Black women* while treating us with utter disrespect. I refuse to continue supporting a business that clearly doesn’t care about its customers. I urge other Black women to stop giving their money to companies like Ebonyline, which shows time and time again that we are nothing but a dollar sign to them. There are businesses out there that will treat you with the respect you deserve. It’s time to support companies that value us and don’t degrade us.

This was my first time ordering from this company, because I noticed that they always have the latest styles for the Foxy Silver Collection. It’s very difficult to find the latest styles by Foxy Silver on other wig websites. I received my wig yesterday and is a beautiful piece. I will be ordering from this company, again.
