What made me love the program is that i started not knowing what e-com is and now not just i understand how it works but i have the knowledge to start my own store from scratch and use jad's years of experience as a head start i have over other people that explored e-com world today

More reviews across the board
We've been using FeedbackFive for a year. Overall, we've seen increases in the number of reviews and ratings on all our items. Now, we've paired this service with Amazon's automated reviews requests and the results are much better. So, yes, asking for reviews is way better than not asking.
The only issue I've had with this service was a technical issue that no one was able to solve - I was unable to insert a product image into the body of the review request email. My customers were not seeing the product image. But eComEngine tech support (various rotating cast members with little history of events) claimed everything was fine.
