In the past, I have tried several Feedback products for Amazon and nothing works as well. Nothing has given us the quantity of feedback as has eComEngine.
They have helped me to design the email and it has worked very very well.

Utilized their RestockPro software for 3 years. Highly recommend. It's one of the few software solutions for Amazon stocking that actually works. Plus their customer support is top notch - they answered questions quickly, resolved my issues when needed and fixed bugs fast. This is what you want and expect from a SAAS company, but so rarely get. 5/5!

We've been using FeedbackFive for several years now. We've never had any technical issues with it. But beyond the basic functionality, what is also valuable to us is that the company is always providing guidance on best practices for compliance with Amazon policies. They host many informative webinars which have helped tremendously in our utilization of their tools. Even as the Amazon review management landscape shifts, FeedbackFive have continued to offer valuable features and capabilities that we will rely on for the foreseeable future.

eComEngine is a great resource to turn to if you want help getting reviews from your customers. We use their Feedback Five feature, allowing us to send out emails to our customers and ensure they are satisfied prior to them writing a review. It has been nice to not worry about emailing every customer on our own. Their system is very easy to use, too! Whenever we have had hiccups with Amazon or the system, they have top-notch customer service to help walk you through it. I would recommend them to colleagues.

I've been using RestockPro (Amazon FBA edition of eComEngine) for 2 years now for my business. This program is what I like to call "peace of mind" because it is the last thing I need to think about or double check to ensure its working properly. It automates not only how many sales im making, but can estimate when average amount of sales as well when i'm out of stock of items. From creating a PO, easy receiving and inventory management, all the way to creating and sending shipments to Amazon - this software does it all. Thank you always to the Restock team for being a useful resource to help me in my business venture, for many successful years to come for both you and me!!

I've used eComEngine's solution FeedbackFive for about seven years across several companies. Their feedback solicitation is superb and allows us to not have to devote energies to pursuing feedback for our orders. Any time I've had an issue, I've had phone support within the day with a resolution short after. They listen to our suggestions and have implemented several of them to their platform. Until the day that Amazon doesn't allow for any feedback solicitation, we will be keeping our business with them open.

Been using it for about a year now. The product works flawlessly, doing what it claims to do. Customer Service is fabulous - highly responsive.

I've had the good fortune to work with people from eComEngine on multiple occasions (most recently Rachel), and every time they've gone above and beyond to help solve some of the challenges faced by my team. Along with giving solid advice on how to use their software to the utmost ability (which is very useful for getting customers to review the products and sellers on Amazon) they've done a fantastic job of making sure I understand why and where the various benefits are, in each action.

I'd definitely recommend their web software, and working with their team is the cherry on top for using such a good product.

Very helpful customer service provided to help my campaigns run at peak performance. I saw an almost immediate increase in positive feedbacks left attributed to FeedbackFive campaigns. Wonderful product.

I am in the middle of evaluating one of their products - so far, very good. What really stands out from the get go is the quality of service - on boarding - support etc. Amazing - really, really top level.
