A phenomenal experience all around - from day 1 communicating the requirements to them, to the updates and transparency of the process throughout. I ordered during a very busy Christmas period and it didn’t impact the order at all, stunning result and the height of professionalism.

I required a repair to a ring I'd purchased this year and the process of sending photos to confirm, getting instructions and receiving the ring in a much faster timescale than expected was all part of a five star service.

It was also within a year of purchase, so the refinish was included in their generous guarantee.

Wonderful wedding rings! We bought our wedding rings in 2022 and just loved them. We got bespoke one and received great recommendations along the way to make sure we got the best product! This year my husband s ring got damaged and thanks to the warranty Steve and Charlotte took care of it in two weeks! The process was smooth and we are so grateful! We highly highly recommend

They have great communication and really gave us peace of mind when we were in the process of searching for rings. We desired a little custom work with our rings and they were so accommodating. The rings were made then delivered to the U.S. with no hassle and in a very reasonable timeframe. We love our rings and I can’t recommend them enough.

They were true experts in designing and creating exactly what we wanted without having a full picture in our heads. Steve took the time to meet with us online to understand what we wanted and helped come up with the perfect design. The final rings are breathtaking and will be treasured. I bought an engagement ring recently and it is an absolute work of art. I was delighted to be able to provide the wood for myself (I used oak) and Steve was great in helping me piece together the rest of the design with speedy responses and lots of pictures of past work. The ring is beautiful and the overall buying experience was excellent. I couldn't recommend the EWR team highly enough and I'm already chatting to them about making our wedding rings too!

My partner and I love our rings. Mine is a predesigned ring and we customised the design for my partner's ring. Both turned out great. Steve was very helpful and accomodating when I was emailing him regarding ring design.

I can't recommend Eco Wood Rings enough. Their customer service and communication was excellent. I wanted a bespoke ring but didn't have a fully clear idea in mind yet of exactly what I wanted for that. Figuring that out was a very long process, but one that they were very happy to help me with. They were incredibly patient, kind, transparant, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always answered all the questions I had very clearly, were quick to respond, incredibly nice, and just all around seem like lovely people. At some point, I couldn't figure out what ring size I was (living abroad in a country that uses different ring sizes). In the end, I sent a dummy ring over so that they could use that for sizing the bespoke ring. However, I had accidentally sent the ring to a wrong postal code, which meant it ended up somewhere in Bath but not at Eco Wood Rings... I was incredibly stressed out and sent them an e-mail quite late in the evening, around half past 10, and very quickly got an e-mail back to see my dummy ring had made it to them safe and sound and they just wanted to reassure me right away instead of contacting me in the morning. They really care about their customers and it shows.

Apart from their excellent customer service, the bespoke ring they made for me also turned amazing. It's exactly what I wanted and how they said it would be!

Speed of reply to questions quick, the only suggestion would be more detail on the website, whether the metals are polished, or not, and on the final order / invoice, which wood etc, as it is difficult to order matching rings independently. The rings themselves are beautiful, thank you.
