i had a horrible experience with edebea but decided to give them another chance. i ordered a package 26th of April and the maximum delivery date was 29th April. today is 29th April and they have not even sent the package it has been 3 days of waiting. NO one is answering my messages there is no way for me to check if the package has been sent or where it is. First time they claimed i had wrong delivery address but this time i had given them the exact same address that i gave to DHL express and they always delivered within 24 hours no problem. Frankly i do not understand how this company is still open and i strongly advice anyone from ordering here if you don't want to wast your money, time and energy. order from growtrades or kraatje they had waaaaaaaay better faster delivery, only took 24 hours for my package to arrive.

I ordered from them back in August 2020, I still haven't received my order and they won't even refund the money. They have gone defunct. Don't order from them they will just pocket your money.

They have stopped reply to complaints too.

delivery takes a little while to the UK but I always use Edabea.com to find indigenous herbs and the like, great site.

Customer service is also good, I will be a returning ASAP!

100% reliable site, quality products, I have only tried mimosa and sage, and good customer service.

I' ve order some vegetable dye, it takes like 10 days to arrive due to the covid-19. But yesterday I received my package. I extracted the dye obtaining 0.5g (1%) of pure color from 50g of bark using an ab tek. Great site, great product.

Deux commandes qui n'ont jamais été reçues, de plus le site a supprimé mon commentaire sur le produit.

Suite a une réclamation, on m'a simplement répondu que mon courrier est probablement volé bien que je sais que je le reçois sans problème.

Après une deuxième commande la même chose est arrivée.

Jamais recu ma commande, service client qui refuse d'admettre la réalité... A éviter
