Perfect sales assistant

Purchase of a power wheelchair
Visited the Scunthorpe Store to purchase a power wheelchair. Diane was very patient and showed us various models which I was able to test. I decided on one which we thought was best for me and ordered it on the day. Unfortunately there is a little waiting time but hopefully worth waiting for.

I would just like to say how extremely satisfied I have been with Eden Mobility. They not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every department which in today's climate is very rare. Mathew White was very helpful, courteous and professional and John who delivered the Mobility scooter was very knowledgeable, friendly and again so professional. Advice without pressure
Amanda was very helpful choosing which rollator would be best suited for my wife, offering guidance without any pressure to purchase one. After thinking it over for a couple days we chose a carbon one. The price online was cheaper than the shop price (website had not been updated) but Amanda price matched the online price.

Appalling
Appalling! My partner has used this company through PIP motability for a mobility scooter for the past 3 years. Without the scooter she has no independence and can't leave the house. Repeated brake downs of the scooter and Eden take weeks to come and fix the issue. This last time the scooter stopped working Eden were called, a few weeks later sent an engineer who stated they needed to order parts to fix the issue, so again waited weeks for the parts to be ordered. When they finally arrived to fix the issue 8 weeks later, the engineer opened the box with the parts only to realise the part wasn't in the box. Total incompetence which has severely affected her mental health. Eden should be ashamed of themselves. Not fit for purpose! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The team there are very helpful and friendly well informed and understanding

Very efficient service
We were looking for a newer mobility scooter for my wife’s uncle. Online we saw the ideal scooter but it was in Stockport and we are in Scunthorpe. Diane arranged everything and we bought it before seeing it as it looked brand new. Very efficient service which I would highly recommend.
