My husband and I had already visited shop a few times as unsure as what type of scooter to buy, and after talking to staff member, decided on a folding scooter to go in car boot. The same member of staff demonstrated how to fold it up a couple of times as she wanted to ensure that it was not too heavy, and , when we decided to buy, rang around to get us the best deal! The customer service was excellent, nothing was a bother and the staff member seemed very knowledgeable about the products. If we need something a bit different in future would definitely go back there!

Made my wife and I very welcomed didn’t over power us, let us browse. Picked item we wanted to purchase which was walking stick, Sales Assistant came over showed me how to fold it etc. Good service, excellent value for money, felt valued and respected as a customer

Lisa, was very helpful, tried wheelchair and scooter. Chose the wheel chair, hopefully arriving today.

The lady in shop was extremely helpful and a lovely lady. My dad was over the moon with the help and knowledge she could give us and we left with my dad be a happy customer. He can't wait for his scooter to be delivered! Thank you again Liz much appreciated!!

Visited Eden mobility Washington 5th September with my dad, we were greeted by Elizabeth Downs, we asked for some advice as my dad can't walk as far as he used to. We didn't purchase anything that day but we're giving information and price. Elizabeth was very helpful and made my dad feel special. We will definitely be back once he's made up his mind

Took my grandma to Eden Mobility last week as she is waiting for a hip replacement and is struggling walking and standing - we were greeted by Liz who was very warm and friendly. Liz asked us what we were looking for and showed my grandma the mobility scooter options available in store. We came away with info and prices for my grandma to decide what she wants to go for - we will be back soon!

I visited Eden Mobility on Thursday with my Mam. I was greeted by Liz in store who was very friendly and asked what we were looking for. I explained we were looking for a mobility scooter and Liz told us about available products and even provided demonstrations on ones which my mam was interested in and allowed my mam to try products which she liked. We were open to looking around other stores but bought a scooter there and then due to the excellent service which was given. We will definitely be using the store again for any future purchases and Liz was a pleasure to deal with.

I am still waiting for my scooter to be repaired bought on 05/06/25 clip snapped on the back to keep handle in place when folded this happened on 26/06/25 engineer came out 2 to 3 weeks later but didn't have the part said he would order it that day now it's 28/08/25 I'm still waiting and the longer I have it more things going wrong with it and they can't trace the part for it maintenance is very poor in this company I wrote a review 6 days ago and they must not read them as no one as contacted me I am now really outraged at this company and not happy with my scooter am I able to get a refund or replacement I paid cash for this and it's made my life so miserable instead of happy I'm going to email them and see if I get a reply from them staff were brilliant in shop it's the maintenance to blame Happy to say my scooter will be sorted on Friday 05/09 with the help of the team and a bit confusion Much appreciated Thanks

Visited their unit in the Galleries washington Tyne and Wear to view their products. Attended to by Elizabeth Downs and was taken care of with very good service. Decided on a boot scooter and was shown how to assemble and dissasemble the scooter a number of times until we were comfortable. Never hurried and very helpful all the time we were in store. Was informed delivery would be 3/5 working days and be contacted the day before delivery to confirm and the day of delivery by driver prior to arrival, all of which was done. Can't fault her time patience and helpfulness.

Staff were super helpful and the products they had were great.

Bought my dad a wheel chair and will definitely be back again if we need anything else.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided. I complained nearly 3 weeks ago and I am still awaiting a response from this store. I would appreciate someone chasing up my complaint.

Very helpful in everything that you need and great advice.
On delivery of purchase very helpful explaining everything and showing how to use.

Excellent service from Antony who came out twice with a scooter. Lovely and polite gentleman

Wanted advice on an existing wheelchair as my mam wasn’t happy with it. We didn’t purchase it from Eden mobility but Carole was more than helpful and altered the footrest for us. She suggested a new cushion and my mam is over the moon with it.

Lisa was very helpful. Took the time to explain everything and make the process of buying a new chair easy.
Shop is small but has a good selection of products.

From Aimee in the head office to Liz in the washington shop and lastly Anthony who delivered my scooter they were friendly, helpful and helped me at every step of the way. Would advise anyone needing mobility aids to try this company first.

Amazing customer service. I felt abit nervous goin in to ask about a mobility scooter due to my age, but my health condition means I need one now. The lady who helped me was lovely and very knowledgeable about the products and we sorted it out on the Wednesday I had my scooter by the monday. Could of been earlier (the Saturday) but I was busy that day.

The lady called Liz was very helpful when I went into the shop buy a new walker she explained every very clearly to me and I am very happy with the walker I bought I would recommend the washington shop to anybody
