avevo letto alcune recensioni qui che non mi convincevano sull'acquisto ma posso dirvi che ho effettuato l'acquisto venerdi mattina, pagamento tramite bonifico e martedi mattina il pacco era già arrivato.
Per me sono stati puntualissimi (ricordiamo i tempi di accredito di bonifico che non sono immediati)

No response to emails, phone calls and several weeks later no product has arrived. Very worrying. I would avoid using again.

Having ordered a lamp ARTEMIDE CHOOSE PARETE and paid per credit card shortly after I got it 7 weeks later. In the order process it was supposed to be 15 days! I send mails 4 weeks after ordering to the customer service - no reaction. A few days after my first post here (1 star) I was informed that the article was dispatched. Finally I have it now, article is without any defect or complaint. Conclusion: very cheap price, service expandable.

Ho ordinato il 2 Dicembre il cono di una lampada piccola di Fontanarte. L'ho ricevuta il 6 Dicembre in perfetto stato. Quindi tutto benissimo. L'unico appunto che posso fare è l'impossibilità di comunicare con l'azienda. Volevo delle informazioni circa la consegna ma ne' rispondono al telefono ne' rispondono alla mail. Mi chiedo come si possa fare nel caso ci fosse la necessità di contestare la merce. Grazie. Gisella Vigano'

I've tried to contact many times. E-mails, telephone calls. But no reaction at all. We're now waiting for over two months for our products. We will call in help from European Consumer Centre and Comitato Difesa Consumentori.

In the last 5 years I bought there all my exquisite lamps ( and they were many). The price offered by edenilluminazione is unbeatable and you find there treasures for affordable price. Normally they react very quickly. I had to wait longer for my last order, but it was something special that I could not get anywhere else. So it was worth waiting.

Bereits am 1. März habe ich eine Valenti Pistillo bestellt und direkt per Vorkasse bezahlt. Ich wurde am 4. März darüber informiert, dass meine Bestellung in "process" ist. Danach habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Ich habe mehrere E-Mails geschrieben und versucht telefonisch Kontakt aufzunehmen. Leider ist bislang nichts passiert. Hoffe, dass das Geld nicht weg ist :( Normalerweise würde ich auf so eine Bewertung verzichten. Weiß mir aber nicht anders zu helfen.

Questo è il classico sito sul quale se va tutto liscio avrete fatto il miglior acquisto del mondo (prezzi imbattibili, grande scelta e consegna rapida) ma se qualcosa per caso va storto ne uscirete quantomeno ammaccati.
Ho acquistato una FONTANAARTE 3247/1. Nel pacco arrivato vi era contenuto lo stelo, sfortunatamente storto, e, al posto del diffusore, una delicata lampada che nulla aveva a che fare con il mio acquisto.
Ho prontamente segnalato il difetto dello stelo e l'errore di consegna e sono entrato in un tunnel di inefficienza e, soprattutto, di grande maleducazione.
A mia richiesta su come pensavano di procedere evidenziando che non avrei potuto garantire che l'imballo originario fosse ancora adatto a proteggere la lampada di vetro, sono stato accusato di varie cose (dal distruggere le scatole cosa che, sappiatelo, non si fa!) ad appopriazione indebita fino all'apice raggiunto dal proprietario del negozio, il Signor Mendemi, che, durante una telefonata, mi ha offeso a male parole (il sito non permette che io riporti la parola da lui utilizzata). A dieci giorni dalla mia comunicazione, pur avendo restituito la lampada che loro erroneamente mi avevano mandato, non ho ancora alcuna comunicazione da parte loro su come e quando potrò avere il cambio dello stelo difettoso. Davvero un'esperienza tremenda.

Et c'est un site Italien que je ne connaissais pas ! trouvé sur le net et qui vend des lampes superbes, de marque très connues de Designer, ce n'est pas des contrefaçons, mais ils sont moins cher qu'en France et sans frais de Port! Que demander de plus

Bei mir ging alles superschnell. FLOS "Splügen Bräu" zum günstigsten Preis im Internetvergleich bestellt, keine Versandkosten nach Deutschland, sogar noch einen Newsletter-Gutschein in Anrechnung bringen können und prompte Bestelleingangsbestätigung erhalten. Wenige Stunden später Lieferavisierung per Mail des Versanddienstleisters mit Tracking. 2 Tage später war die Leuchte da, in sauberer und stabiler Doppelverpackung. Es gibt Versender, die brauchen selbst im nationalen Versand länger und haben keine so gute Kundeninformationsabwicklung.
Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und Versender war schlicht nicht notwendig und ich weiß auch nicht, wie Rückabwicklung oder Reklamation abgewickelt worden wäre. Da ich aber italienisch kann, hätte ich mir das zugetraut.

Après avoir cherché laborieusement un fournisseur de lampe capable de vendre des abat jour en verre pour cette lampe précieuse, j'ai trouvé cette entreprise. vérification faite de sa notoriété, et suite aux avis généralement très satisfaits des consommateurs, j'ai passé commande.
Simplicité de la commande, réactivité très correcte, information sur l'expédition et le suivi de l'envoi avec UPS, arrivé à la maison en 10 jours à peine. e recommande très chaleureusement. M F Avrillé (49).

Abbiamo acquistato un prodotto SLAMP pagandolo tramite bonifico. Lo sconto è stato del 20% e con spese di spedizioni gratuite. Il prodotto è arrivato con un doppio imballaggio, in perfette condizioni. Unico consiglio: dopo qualche giorno accertarsi che abbiano ricevuto il pagamento e che il prodotto sia disponibile in magazzino per non aspettare troppo tempo per la consegna.

Ho acquistato presso Eden Illuminazione una lampadario SLAMP, non solo risparmiando molto sul costo dello stesso (ho chiesto prima in vari negozi per poter fare un confronto), ma anche ricevendo velocissima assistenza dall'azienda. Mi hanno confermato che il prodotto era disponibile e mi hanno aiutata nel compilare il modulo di pagamento.
Il prodotto è arrivato nel giro di un giorno e mezzo.

Wir haben am Montag Nachmittag die Luceplan Hope Deckenleuchte bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt. Weniger als 2 Stunden später war die Leuchte bereits vom Paketdienst abgeholt worden und auf dem Weg zu uns. Mittwoch morgen wurde die Leuchte durch DHL zugestellt. Perfekt verpackt und ohne Schäden.
Wir werden gerne wieder bei Eden Illuminazione bestellen und diesen Shop auch Freunden/Verwandten sehr empfehlen.

Leucos Lampe wurde nach 15 Tagen geliefert, war aber leider beschädigt. Eden Illuminazione hat nach wiederholter Nachfrage bestätigt meine Forderung auf Austausch / Ersatz bekommen zu haben und bestätigt, daß ein Ersatz geliefert wird. Selbst nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung war zunächst keine Antwort über die Lieferzeit des Ersatzes zu bekommen. 2 Monate nach der ursprünglichen Lieferung hatte ich immer noch keinen Ersatz. Rückmeldungen auf meine emails gab es keine. Erst nach Bewertung auf Trustpilot mit 1 Stern reagierte Eden Illuminazione prompt. Es sei ein Problem bei Leucos und nicht bei Eden Illuminazione, das zur Verzögerung führen würde, wurde mir mitgeteilt (warum man mir das nicht schon früher mitgeteilt hat, weiß ich nicht). 10 Tage später war die Austauschlieferung dann da. Warum es dann so schnell ging, möge jeder selbst bewerten.

Fazit: Eden Illuminzione ist preislich (wahrscheinlich) nicht zu schlagen. Kommunikation mit dem Service ist aber deutlich verbesserungsbedürftig.

Ho acquistato delle lampade che sono arrivate puntualmente a destinazione: una di queste era però danneggiata. Il reclamo in base ai loro termini e condizioni doveva avvenire entro 8 giorni dalla consegna. Purtroppo, essendo fuori per lavoro, mi sono resa conto della lampada danneggiata solo l’undicesimo giorno dalla consegna. Avendo letto le ottime recensioni, ho immaginato che avrei ricevuto un buon servizio/assistenza post vendita e che avremmo trovato insieme una soluzione (ero disposta a comprare il pezzo di ricambio se esistente, altrimenti anche una nuova lampada) …e invece ho avuto a che fare con il PEGGIOR customer service in assoluto: scortesi, poco professionali, per nulla flessibili. Comprate pure su questo sito ma auguratevi di non aver nessun tipo di problema.. perchè Edenilluminazione non vi aiuterà!

Fast shipping but the worst customer service ever! The customer team is rude and useless. If you want to buy something you have to be sure you will not need any kind of assistance because you will not receive it from them!

Der Ersatzleuchtenschirm für meine Fontana Arte 1853 Leuchte war deutlich günstiger+ rascher verfügbar als in deutschen oder österreichischen Online-Shops. Rasche Lieferung + gute/sichere Verpackung, werde gerne wieder bestellen.
