We have 6 shops across Scotland and North East England, and we sell top name electric bikes, road bikes, mountain bikes, folding bikes, parts, accessories and clothing for men, women and kids. We also offer repairs, bike and e-bike servicing by expert mechanics.

Great service.

I bought sunshades for a Christmas present - you have an excellent click and collect service - very efficient.
Staff are helpful, knowledgeable and informative.
The sunshades have not been used yet, but were well received on Christmas day - comfortable and a good quality product.

Urgent help needed!

Had a problem fitting new brake blocks to my bike and needed to get it fixed urgently as I needed to bike to work the next day. Rupert in shop very kindly helped by fixing and making sure they were safe. Many thanks!!

Good P-clips but bolts of different sizes

Product was delivered on time and the two p-clips themselves are good and strong. Unfortunately their bolts were of different sizes and only 1 fitted the pannier rack it was to be used for. Fortunately I had a spare of the correct size that I was able to use instead.

Great service

Efficient delivery and no problem returning shoes when they didn’t fit. Kept me informed with emails throughout the whole process. It is unfortunate though that stores have very limited stock to try on so you have to order online in the first place.

Didn’t follow delivery request

I ordered a product to be delivered to my cycle destination with correct delivery address the product was actually delivered to my home contrary to my instruction and order confirmation-not a difficult request ,will use someone else next time

Outstanding service

Called in at the Aberdeen branch today with my daughter’s bike as she had outgrown it and required a part. I know nothing about bikes. I found the assistant to be very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Brilliant service and humorous too! Thankful that the bike is safer now. Will be back.

Good communication

Edinburgh Bicycle kept me informed of my orders progress as it was delayed by 1day, which wasn't a problem for me. They have always been reliable and have a real bike shop feel.
