This review is about some 'Above & Beyond' customer service from Editors Keys. I had a key break, and a free replacement was sent within a few days. When a second key broke on my older keyboard, they tried hard but a replacement key could not be located. Instead, they offered to send me a genuine Apple keyboard with the Editors Keys conversion! This was also sent out free of charge, so I couldn't ask for more really. Many thanks.

5 Stars are not enough, excellent product, I bought the Apple Mac Keyboard cover which is well made, and does exactly what it says on the tin .... going to purchase a second one for my MacBook Pro next. Well done Editor's Keys keep up the good work :)

Spilt coffee on my old keyboard, which had a broken backspace key anyway, which I had won in a competition a couple of years ago. Enjoyed using it so much I thought nothing of ordering another one straight away. And amazingly it arrived next day so my workflow wasn't affected at all. Now I wish I'd bought the clear protection cover

Poor customer service. My keyboard hasn't even lasted three weeks and I've reached out to the company several times only to be ignored. I bought another keyboard from them a few years ago and they kept saying they'd send me replacement keys (because they keep breaking) but never did

Ordered the FCP backlit Keyboard, got immediate response, like 30 minutes later, your product has been delivered to courier, arrived in S.Africa 4 days later. Unbelievable! The keyboard rocks, with old school proper keys that I can slam when hammering out an edit...

Expérience déplorable.
Editors Keys n’informe pas le consommateur du transporteur assurant la livraison. Celui qui a procédé à la livraison m’a réclamé des frais supplémentaires de dédouanement exorbitants que j’ai refusé de payer, ceux-ci n’ayant pas été portés à ma connaissance au moment de mon achat. En réponse à ma réclamation Editors Keys se dédouane de ses responsabilités en me disant de me débrouiller avec le transporteur. A ce jour j’ai réglé plus de 40€ et n’ai pas ma couverture de clavier.
Et bien entendu aucune réponse de Editors Keys à ma demande de remboursement alors que le transporteur a confirmé leur renvoyer le produit.
Lamentable.

The keyboard is very good but the enter key of the numeric pad works one out of 3 times, it is not a reason to return it from Mexico but I expected a more robust product. Thanks.

I have a number of Editor's Keys keyboards, and they are all great. High quality with very well thought out layouts.

On this occasion I bought a MacBook Pro Premiere cover for my edit assistant. It was not clear which cover was needed, due to the many MacBook model variations. I contacted Editors Keys customer support, but after a week had not had a reply. I happened to have the company director's direct email, so messaged and received a very helpful reply.

I did then hear from their customer service later that same day. They were asking for pictures of the Mac rather than just being able to answer based on model type. At least the director had been better equipped to answer this query.

When the cover arrived it was great, and my edit assistant was very happy. This would have been a five star review had the customer service response been better and more timely.

I love the LumaFusion Editors Keys for iPad Magic Keyboard. They not only make it easier to use LumaFusion but also to discover features that might not be that easy to find in the UI. There is only one drawback: the keyboard matt is opaque which hides the keyboard's backlight making it not as usable in low light conditions.

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Mine developed a fault for some unknown reason...all the guys were so decent even the director himself came on board to investigate. Was sent out a replacement with no hassle and so pleased that I invested in my purchase with this company. Very happy to be able to say: there are some really decent people out there!

So much easier to use ProTools with my new backlit Editor Keys Avid keyboard!

I am so pleased at the service and support of the Editors Keys company.

I had a technical problem with an older and way out of warranty Editors Keys keyboard and the CEO totally helped me out! He assisted me in identifying the issue and even sent me a replacement USB cable for the keyboard - free of charge!

The Editors Keys keyboard wasn't even purchased brand new, or directly from Editors Keys themselves, but they were more than willing to help me nevertheless!

It blows my mind when I get this level of customer support and service from a manufacturer, where they go way above their remit just to help out!

A magnificent quality keyboard manufacturer, with a rare next level up type of customer support!

EditorsKeys makes good valued products with good workmanship. Recently bought a LogicPRO Keyboard and silicon cover - both well made, especial the width of the key are broad making typing comfortable without slipping. Like backlit idea- looks nice.

I bought a backlit Avid keyboard last summer. I use it for a good 10+ hours a day, and it's been invaluable.

Being a broadcast editor, I tend to hammer the keys a bit. My control key unfortunately perished. But when I called their customer service, they had a replacement sent out to me immediately, with no fuss. It was with me the next day.

Great company, who clearly focus on taking care of their customers.
