An absolutely amazing Company !!! filled with welcoming staff that always listen to your concerns and have the willingness to assist where required. I felt so welcomed during my interview with Karl Blake ; I felt relaxed and all relevant information about the company and Trainee Graduete Programm reflect clarity. It’s my pleasure to be part of EDUSTAFF and I can’t wait to start in September.

Edustaff have been amazing in helping me achieve my ambition of becoming a teacher! They were all so helpful keeping me informed through every step of the process and supporting me constantly and getting feedback from me after every interview. Edustaff have been incredible. I have been lucky to see three of their staff; Matt, Charlie and Cheryl, and all of them are so incredibly dedicated.

As a company I would highly recommend them as they genuinely want the best outcome for their clients. For example, I applied, I heard back the same day and within 2 months i have a placement for a new job as a science teacher.

I first joined Edustaff in late March. On my registration day i met a number of lovely staff members. Rainy met with me and we spoke for considerable time about my different experiences in life, giving me great guidance into the various areas of work that she felt would be beneficial to me. Rainy gave her honest opinion and was extremely specific with the institutions she felt would work for me. Within a day Rainy got back to me with a trial day at a specialised autistic school. I thoroughly enjoyed this but Rainy then explained an exciting opportunity at Gloucester House. Rainy really encouraged me to go for this role and was extremely supportive of the interview process, keeping in contact before and after. It was also a pleasure to hear the amazing feedback from Robin who interviewed me about the amazing work that Rainy does, always providing such individuals that fit the exact role. Rainy has kept in contact with me throughout my time working there, constantly checking in to see how i am doing. She has been an incredibly support to me, so approachable and always giving incredible supportive advice. I owe it to Rainy for pushing me to take on this role and providing me with this platform for future success. I could not fault her at all and its been a pleasure to work with Rainy.

Thanks to Karl, Georgia and Megan at Edustaff I was delighted to accept a job offer in Folkestone starting in September. It is a professional and efficient company and its staff are a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful team! I was worried joining as I’d never worked with any service like this but they put those worries to ease. After signing up, they followed up with a meeting very quickly. Edustaff have really helped me in the process of beginning my teacher training at a local school. Everyone I came into contact with who worked there were professional and friendly, and I felt I could rely on them to listen to me and work with me to find a placement that was suitable for myself. It was a short, sharp experience with Edustaff. However, their guidance and advice was a massive contributor in me finding a placement so quickly. Jack Ribbons and Rebecca Constant were extremely friendly and so esay to spoke to, and regularly kept me up to date with vital pieces of information. Overall, EduStaff have a real passion to help all to achieve thier dream in teaching which was clearly evident when the first spoke to me. Finally, I was recommend everyone to EduStaff because they care about you as a person rather than a stat that makes them look good.

I had such a great experience with EduStaff. The meetings I had with team were very helpful and I was made to feel very comfortable. EduStaff were committed to finding the best job for me, and I felt that the schools they linked me up with were well suited to my needs. I would encourage any NQT or teacher that needs help finding a job to get in contact with EduStaff.

I registered with EduStaff not too long into the new year. As someone who was coming back into teaching after a year out, I was apprehensive that my teaching boat had sailed, that is until I met Dave and Patrick at EduStaff. They were really good from day 1 and they were really accommodating to my situation. They were proactive in putting my name forward for vacancies and I’m pleased to say that I’ve now found a permanent role starting in July! Thanks so much for all your help!!

Edustaff were brilliant. As an NQT, job hunting can be a very intimidating process but the team at edustaff made me feel comfortable and confident enough to secure a job quickly. The team met me face to face, and made regular contact following this. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

At the start of April, I was invited to meet staff at Edustaff to discuss my visions for my career in teaching and education and to discuss what they could offer me as an agency. By the mid off May, I had attended an interview at a good school and accepted a job offer. It was amazing!

I was a bit sceptical at first due to being relatively new to teaching and never joining an agency before. Quickly I was assigned to Matt who was extremely helpful, understanding and supportive. He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole experience; when schools were interested in my profile, he supported me through the interview process, the induction process at my new school and phoned to check how I was getting on once I had started.

I cannot thank Matt and Edustaff enough. I feel confident to know that I will use them again in the future and I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in teaching, looking for a new job/school or needs support with being introduced to the teaching career.

EduStaff were extremely helpful in supporting me finding a job. They were friendly and non-pushy, quick to respond to my queries and were always on the look out for a best possible school fit for me. Emilie went above and beyond and even gave me great tips on improving my Curriculum Vitae.

The entire process through EduStaff has been brilliant. Georgia who I was in contact with throughout the process has been fantastic, extremely easy to talk to, helpful and attentive. She kept in contact to ensure everything was done as well as sending her congratulations to myself due to being success in a job which was allocated through EduStaff. John has also been brilliant. John got in contact with me very unexpectedly (but with great news) with regards to a job position that had arisen. I was very thankful for John getting in contact and providing me with all the information I needed for my trial day which turned out to be successful. John again went out of his way to send his congratulations along side details for future reference in terms of time sheets and helping me with my trial day and how to prepare for this. Megan and Karl who I met with in person on the day of my interview for EduStaff to provide documentation where extremely easy going and was very laid back which made the whole process comfortable and not nerve wrecking. Karl provided lots of information and was happy to answer any questions I had. Overall, everyone at EduStaff have been great and their support throughout the process is continued even after a successful job placement.
