easy to order, came quickly, merch was as expected and added to my event

I purchased 4 packs of their 12 Pack - 4" Silver Fillable Heart Carriage Favor Candy Boxes for my wedding and they were amazing. I filled them up with bagged Jordan almonds and I was pleasantly surprised that they stayed close. They were extremely beautiful, and the guests loved them. Some even took them home to use as decor.

Got just what I expected which is rare today. It came on time just as they had promised.

Bad customer service. I have been a loyal customer to this company over the years and it has gone downhill. The product I ordered and what I was sent did not match. Instead of resolving the issue, I was just told sorry for the confusion??? I responded and have yet to get a response. Unbelievable.

These items were purchased for a milestone birthday party. They were beautiful on the table. I appreciated the fast shipping too!

Everything arrived quick. All items was packaged in plastic to keep dry. The price is very reasonable. The purple napkins and table runner are beautiful. Thank you for helping make the wedding a success.

The product was what I expected. Very good material, but it would be easier if it had instructions because you have to figure that part out yourself.

They have a very poor return policy that requires the customer to pay for shipping. In the world of Amazon, I will never shop with efavormart again for this reason.

I love shopping for events at efavormart. The pricing is always reasonable however free shipping very seldom arrives by the date quoted. My last order was the last time I will ever do free shipping unless I order months in advance. I ordered 3 weeks in advance and 3 days before the event my order was showing as partially shipped. I called and they really did a great job redeeming themselves by shipping the remaining items next day. I ended up with a broken hurricane lamp and didn’t have time to exchange it but you live and learn. I am still awaiting a response on replacing my hurricane lamp.
