eFrame have provided exceptional customer service and really care about the products they provide and the way their customers feel about them. I would happily buy from them again knowing how I will be treated. Thanks a bunch!

I was so surprised and disappointed at the quality of the last frame I will ever buy from them. Their response was tactless and poor.

They admitted, finally, that the wrong fixings had been fitted to the back, which meant it was never going to fix to a wall.

But they continued to say it wasn’t to ‘my expectations’. It was faulty! Stop saying I’m being fussy. It wouldn’t fit to a wall for anyone else either! It wouldn’t be to anyone else’s expectations either!! Despite my protests of pointing this out their insipid response was to send the correct fittings. I declined. I was so over receiving their continued accusations that I wanted nothing more than to end the relationship.

The frame wasn’t straight. It took two pairs of hands and quite a struggle to fit the back. The frame wasn’t straight and kept chipping with the effort of getting the back on. This left dust on the picture and we had to try and clean the dust off before trying to fit the back again.

Never again will I buy from them.

Well made and with a good finish in white. Delivered efficiently thanks.

Easy to order bespoke frame. Delivered in time, well packed so no damage. Perfect fit.

I was unsure of the size of the frame I wanted and spoke to Eloise, she was brilliant, answered all my questions. She then guided me through the purchase process, very patient explaining options. So helpful, a really credit to the company, polite and friendly.

Really nice frame, well made with nice wood, elevates my prints. The glass alternative fits tightly so no movement going on and it looks like real glass.

I got two frames recently from eFrame and they turned out perfect. The exact size I needed, really well made and well packaged too, plus done quick! I’ll definitely use them for more frames in the future

As an artist, I initially ordered a bespoke frame, which was beautifully made and delivered on time in very solid, protective packaging. The customer service team was extremely helpful throughout the process, and it is clear that they genuinely care about their customers.

I am now placing an order for a new special project, and once again the service has been exceptional. They have been flexible, responsive and committed to finding the best solution, with an impressively quick turnaround.

Beautifully made frame. Had it manufactured to the exact size we needed and the result is fabulous.

Fabulous company! I ordered two custom frames which are perfect in every respect. Their website and processes are incredibly slick - you know exactly what you're getting and you get regular updates during the production process. Packaging was excellent too.

Frame was cut to size and good quality.

Great frame and great choice of frames. Only thing that could be improved was the ordering, it was a bit confusing when they were asking for the “art size” and turned out this is the size of the image and not the size of paper the image was on. A simple diagram would have helped

Arrived in time as described

Excellent frame swiftly made and despatched

Good quality product, very happy with it. The delivery was a bit longer than stated but the product was just as I'd requested, would definitely recommend

Was absolutely thrilled with the printed canvases I ordered. Lovely float frames which will look amazing in my exhibition - receiving them has given me confidence to go ahead with the show! Thank you!

l needed a thin awkward size frame for a theatre poster from a recent play l saw which is very stylised. The frame came superbly wrapped. Very well made and quality and size was spot on and it looks super!
l know they don't use glass but the acrylic produces a much better effect is far lighter which is safer around young kiddies and animals.I had quotes for a frame with glass locally which was priced over 3 times the eframe price and unless you have a precious photo or painting which you'd prefer with glass these frames are perfect for posters/prints when the sizing isn't the normal A4 A3 size etc.

Was apprehensive spending -- for me -- a lot of money with an unknown company. Unwarranted as excellent service. Real time tracking, a quality product packaged securely and a courier that delivers when they state (and not leaving the package in a communal hallway). Would recommend without hesitation.

I ordered mounts and probably got the measurements wrong but a woman contacted me to check the size of my pictures and they were delivered soon after and a perfect fit.

They did exactly what they said they would! The quality of work is excellent.
