Extremely happy with eFrame! The frames I ordered were absolutely beautiful and arrived so quickly. The customer service was also unmatched. One of the acrylic fronts was damaged in the mail, I reached out for a replacement and it arrived cost free within three days. They had exactly what we needed and a lovely selection; I will definitely be going back to order more.

There is a recent negative review on here saying the quality of the frame is cheap and flimsy. We just received ours and I can say the complete opposite! The frame is amazing quality and the wood is nice and thick. Very happy with the purchase. Great value for money. The delivery service they use is great as well (unlike Evri where drivers don’t even bother to deliver). Would recommend 100%.
N.B - only criticism is would be great if hooks came already attached to the back board.

I have been ordering from eframe for years because they never disappoint: the frames are lovely every time, exactly what I wanted, and their quality exceptional; the prints came out beautifully done; the customer service is attentive to our needs and very proactive; the delivery and the entire process easy to keep track of. Superb service, as always! Really happy with the whole process and the framed prints; thank you! Totally recommend.

Plenty of choice and great you can get bespoke sizes. Parcel very well packaged.

wow - thank you all for providing such superb customer service both on the phone and in production. The frames are really good quality and we are very grateful that you pulled out all the stops to meet our (very quick) collection date,
We will certainly recommend you and will use you again in the future , thanks again

Wonderful from start to finish. Lovely and efficient staff when I had questions to the quality of the frame once received. I'll definitely use again.

Really pleased with the service and quality of the frames. Arrived well packaged and look great on the wall

I like the frame though it arrived after the given timeframe

Very easy to select and order the right sized frame, arrived carefully wrapped in the time stated, and was very accurately made - my large map (119 x 80 cm) fitted perfectly in the frame.

Perfect sized frame, made to measure. Fast delivery at reasonable price. Frame quality was excellent.

Excellent service. Frame delivered quickly and was a perfect fit. The measuring process was straightforward with easy to following instructions. Will definitely use again.

Very nice frame made to a high quality.
Made and delivered in good time and the communication was excellent.
Will definitely use again

Easy to order, accurate description and arrived promptly. The frame really enhances my friend’s artwork.

Very quick delivery on made to measure frames. Well packaged, and a great price. Thank you - we finally have our daughters’ graduation photos on the wall!

First time I'd used this company. Everyone was very patient on phone and online and they helped me choose a perfect frame. Very pleased with product and service.

Super easy to order and the frame was perfect.

Amazing quality and I was really impressed with the product and the packaging.

Would 💯 recommend your services.

I created a panoramic photo from a series of photographs and from this I had eframe produce a large canvas print (120cm by 30cm) with a wooden frame. It was quickly made and I was informed of progress along the way. It was delivered in 4 days and I am very pleased with the result. Super packaging and excellent quality of work. This is my first order and as a keen photographer, I will be using again very soon.

Frames arrived in a timely manner with good communication from the company, however the quality is awful. Flimsy and cheap despite the price. I’m upset I wasted my money here. I assume the ‘positive’ reviews are fake/AI generated. I have requested a refund.
