I had initially liked this company for the first trip that we did to the pyramids. Our second day was not good. We went to the valley of whales where lunch was to be included, when we left they told us that lunch was going to be once we got back in Cairo, obviously that was not going to work because that was the very end of our trip and it was supposed to be an all day excursion. We were given the option to stop for snacks once we got there, I thought I could make it work but it was just a small shop where all we could get was some chips. We were hungry the whole trip and we weren't able to enjoy anything. We had to skip the last 2 stops of the trip to drive back and we still didn't make it back to Cairo until 5 30 pm, at that point one of my kids was sleeping and the guide was not letting one of us sit in the van with him while we fed my other very hungry kid. We were mad that the lack of organization ruined our day. We were gone a total of 10 hours and no food was provided until 9 and a half hours into our day. On top of that the guide was completely uninterested in the day and just kinda took us around with minimal explanation and total lack on enthusiasm

We didn't have any problems getting from the airport of Hurgada to the Empire Beach Resort. The driver was waiting for us outside the terminal and delivered us to the hotel fast and comfortably.

Airport transfer at aswan was efficient and trusted.

Wir hatten die Tour von Hurghada zu den Pyramiden, Sphinx und ägyptisches Museum per Flug nach Kairo gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es hat alles super geklappt, die Abholung im Hotel mit Transfer um Flughafen in Hurghada, die Abholung am Flughafen in Kairo durch unsere Reiseführerin Mirinda, die Fahrt durch Kairo zu den Pyramiden und überhaupt alle Fahrten während des ganzen Tages. Mirinda hat uns super durch den Tag gebracht und mit ihrem Wissen und ihrer netten und lustigen Art und ihren Tipps sehr beeindruckt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner und gut organisierter Tagesausflug mit einer wirklich sehr netten und lustigen Gruppe von insgesamt 9 Touristen. Vielen Dank dafür.

This company is a TRICK Company- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I would give 0 stars if possible.
They will promise to pick you up early in the morning and then they won't turn up, even if you have confirmed booking. It's a waste of time!! There a million if better companies here that will actually hold their word and come and pick you up.

Wir haben den Ausflug von Deutschland aus gebucht und alles lief reibungslos. Vom Abholen bis zum nach Hause bringen. Wir haben viel gesehen und das ganze zum Glück in einer kleinen Gruppe. Der Preis für diesen Ausflug ist unschlagbar. Wir haben jetzt schon mehrfach Ausflüge über egypt-booking.com gebucht und wurden nie enttäuscht. Unser Guide Papa Zizo hat uns alles toll erklärt und wir hatten einen grandiosen Tag...ich kann es jedem empfehlen und würde immer wieder über diesen Anbieter buchen. Macht weiter so, ganz viele Grüße aus Deutschland....

Great service and well priced. Travelled from Hurghada airport to Titanic Beach hotel. Communications were clear and timely, both before and after plane arrived. Driver name, car description and registration provided ahead of arrival. Driver and a tour manager met us on arrival with our name on a board. Very polite and spoke good English. Have booked again for return to airport at the end of our holiday.

Die Organisation des ganzen Tages war perfekt. Die Betreuung in der Kleingruppe war super. Durch den einheimischen Führer wurden wir um alle Tourifallen herum geführt.

Al nostro arrivo, l'autista ci stava già aspettando con un cartello con il nostro nome e parlava anche un po' di italiano. L'auto era a meno di 100 metri dall'uscita dell'aeroporto. Molto gentile.

Fantastic service, we were messaged a few days before and everything was explained to us, and our driver tracked our flight and messsged us when we landed letting us know where to go and meet him, he provided water which was very needed by that time, and he explained different sights along the way which made it an enjoyable transfer, he was very polite and friendly, quality service!

Excellent service! The driver was on time, very professional, and friendly. The car was clean and comfortable, and the transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
