I spoke with Jordan Snyder a representative with E Health. I'm moving from Orange, California to Forth Worth, Texas in December. Jordan is very knowledgeable, and patient. She is an asset to your organization. I look forward to speaking with her again. Jordan thank you for making a stressful situation a lot less stressful.

I called yesterday to see if I could change insurance and was told I could. I was then transferred to agent Stephanie Ledbedder and she was #1 in my book. She answered all my questions then worked me thru the enrolled process. I will refer E-Health to everyone I know cause I could be more pleased.

Easy to work with Made sure all questions were answered

The agent was super friendly and very helpful. She was very patient and answered all our questions. It is very rare these days to find such workers and we're thankful to have such people in customer service especially with sick people who are always dealing with pain. Please thank her for me and hope everyone else is as friendly and as helpful as she was. It surely helped us tremendously. Thank you.

Outstanding professional service

Customer service is vital in these days and Customer Service is the best way to judge a company.
That being said I contacted E Health and was connected to Edgar Arvelo with E Health.
This Representative was outstanding. Great listener and his communication skills are top notch. He explained everything in laymen's terms and made sure at the end of the call that I was in clear understanding of what was discussed. Exceptional Service.

My questions were answered and I was given info on my current plan that I was not aware of. Very courteous and respectful. Glad I answered my phone.

Easy sign up for Medicare part D and G! Live that I was able to list all my meds and see which plans covered what. Very patient folks walk you through sign up step by step and don't try to push you to Advantage plans if you aren't interested.

R I c c o P e r e z guided me through the process of signing up for e health insurance through a Medicare Advantage plan, with Cigna, that meets my needs. He was polite, informative, and, has a great personality! I recommend him.

Jameal was very helpful in helping me find an insurance the was just right for me.
