Always deliver on their promises and I never run into any difficulties with my local branch. I feel my money is safe and secure and very easy to make an online withdrawal or deposit.

Efficient and easy to deal with

I’ve been a member of the credit union for quite a few years and I never needed them more than I did when my daughter died. I didn’t know how I was going to pay for the funeral until I asked for help from the credit union! They helped me give my daughter the best send off I could have given her. It helps that when you take a loan out and you don’t have to worry about having an extra monthly payment as it gets taken off my direct debit I already pay . Just means less goes into my shares.

I would highly recommend everyone having a credit union.

Not disabled friendly for loans. When I explained due to a stroke I struggled with email the only other option was to pay for bank statements. I understand they need to see proof of income and outgoing. I offered to make an appointment to come down to there office and show them and they said that without hard copies it would get declined. I thought companies were obliged to make reasonable adjustments for disabled people and most companies do. This is the first one I have came across that doesn't. I am considering taking legal advice on this matter as I believe it to be a form of discrimination
