Initially contacted IVA.COM in 2021 (using a fake phone number, out of sheer desperation) due to a 9 month gap in income and being utterly broke during the COVID crisis.

I tried to download iva.com,and was told i couldn't be connected, because my time and date was erong,it wasn't

I wanted to go to IVA a few months ago but had a lot of doubts about how it would work. In the end I was lucky enough to get in touch with Keith White; And thanks to Mr. Keith, I was able to dispel all my doubts.

The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because i had to spend weeks trying to get our house valued during lockdown as the internet valuation was way to high im my opinion and when a valuer finally confirmed this, they went with the internet value anyway. Not that this will be valid by the end of the IVA anyway, it just niggled.

I am very pleased with how professional, kind and easy this company is to talk to with setting up an IVA. I talked to a gentleman called Keith White who was absolutely lovely and very informative about how an IVA works and what documents I needed to provide to get this set up.
Would definitely recommend this company if you're in financial difficulty.

If you're here to check if you should contact this company then you know you're already in trouble. Stop. Take a deep breath. Go no further. Just ring. These guys (I dealt with Keith White) are just so caring, compassionate and calming. Be honest. Explore the options. I highly recommend chatting to these guys. Free, professional and friendly. My situation is well on the way to recovery due in no small part to my initial phone call to Keith.

I can't recommend these guys enough. Keith was very helpful from start to finish, he recommended i took some time after my initial call to think about the options we'd discussed, which was very reassuring (I'd spoken to a number of other companies who were very pushy and tried to get me to proceed straight away).
He replied to all of my emails within a few hours and was very approchable, knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

I was at an incredibly low point this past weekend and needed help. Keith was there. Having been made redundant due to COVID 19 and never peviously experienced financial difficulties, seeking advise was a daunting thought. Keith from IVA helped to sort out my debts and I have been succesfully enrolled into IVA scheme. Overall I should pay to several creditors around £600 monthly, but now only affordable £100p/month.
Keith is very supportive, all been explained in friendly, understandable manner.
I am very satisfied for how I were assisted. Besides my circumstances were a bit out of usual due to property abroad, but all been succesfully sorted.
