Awful customer service! The first month they have charged us £2000 more then agreed and we cannot get hold of them anymore! Our account manager was very friendly and he was responding to our emails promptly until we have signed the contract. Once we have signed the contract he did not reply to our emails anymore. I have also left a message on their website but no reply and called twice their head office and both times I have been told that someone will call me back but they never did! I do not recommend Ekomi and definitely do not recommend setting up a Direct Debit with them!!!!

Was with Homeserve for years. They were charging me £24 a month for a boiler service and breakdown cover. I needed to call them out as I thought there was a problem with the condensing unit attached to my boiler. Engineer looked at the part and explained that it was supposed to have water in it. He was with me less than 5 minutes but they still charged be £100 call out on top of the £24 a month. I was told the £100 excess was for parts should they be required.
No parts were needed but they still kept my £100
I have now cancelled my policy.

I'm so deeply dissatisfied with their service. I was waiting patiently for the one year contract to expire so I could cancel. Then, you can't cancel directly in the account. You have to fill in a web form and send it off. The first one didn't get responded to at all. The second one was responded to but nothing happened. They have, in total, taken $597 from my account since I first requested cancellation.

And now, when I questioned them, I was told this:

"I have the record of your cancellation coming in on the 7th of January that was sent to Germany instead of us here in Australia.

I sent you an email on the 11th of January, stating it would be sent to accounts and i did not hear anything back from you?"

I didn't send anything to Germany or any other location anywhere in the world. I simply fill in their web form and they directed it to whatever location (Germany it would seem) that they chose.

Furthermore, the notion that I didn't respond to an email and this is therefore the problem, that can be disabused by just reading the previous email. This is it in total, copy and pasted:

"Thank you for your email regarding your cancellation, I have sent this off to accounts to be actioned.

If there is anything else I can help with please let me know."

There was nothing there for me to respond to, nothing to indicate I have to reciprocate with some kind of response in order to get my cancellation processed.

The services for eKomi were below par for the cost. I could tolerate that and give it a 3 star review. But the cancellation process is insulting and deceptive.

Ordered Eight jars of Shaws piccallilli at a good price, arrived well wrapped,in good time sadly,it was sent to number 29 and my address was 23.Luckily i caught the hermes driver and took it off him after explaining who i was.(least they got my name right).

A waste of time. Bad service. No results.

Just to say thank you for your very helpful staffs in Tottenham specially Roxana who put her time more than 30 minutes to explain me how I have to pay monthly payment and interest to keep update .
She alway kind and very patient with customer .

Fake! Pay them and they e-pimp worthless companies with bad service.

The salesperson did a great job at selling their product.
Once signed up though, the service was crap and so was the product. Very little support.. We asked for a refund and cancelled their services - they refused, then continued to take the next months fees from our account. 6 weeks on since cancellation and we still havent received our refund!

Ekomi promised a lot during our initial sales calls. Enhanced sales due to genuine reviews, mitigation for unfair reviews, enhanced position on google because of our reviews and stars appearing on our google business page.

We signed up for a 12month contract. After 9 months it was apparent that the promises were empty.

Ratings did not appear on our Google Business account. We were not informed that this was at Googles discretion. (Something not previously mentioned).
Our Position on Google did not improve at all. We track this with software.
Our reviews were not correctly mitigated. We even provided evidence of abuse of one of our products, but it was ignored.

How ever the worst part was when we tried to cancel. We ceased to use Ekomi after 9 months and when out contract was almost up, we notified them that we wanted to cancel twice. Both emails were ignored. 4 months later, we received an email for outstanding bills. When we queried this, they acknowledged receipt of our cancellation emails, but stated that our contract was automatically renewed as we did not cancel quick enough. They still billed us when they knew we thought our contract was cancelled. We should have at least had the opportunity to use the service that they had tied us into, but we did not, as they ignored the emails we sent.

There was no cancellation reminder, and although the rolling contract details are in the terms and conditions, we trusted Ekomi to have a fair contract and inform us when our cancellation date was coming up. Especially when we had ceased to used their service.

They are now threatening us with court action, unless we pay a large bill to them, despite trying to cancel and not using their service at all during this period.

My wife (beginners English) in good faith completed the booking of the test online, inputting all of the fields of information *asked. On arrival at the test centre she was refused entry to the test because she had input her middle name (correct spelling of middle name) into online candidate form.

The chosen - Biometric resident Permit was refused due to it not showing her middle name ; which as per their terms and conditions was identifiable by photo and name.

My wife offered to show additional identification at the time in the form of a passport which had her middle name in it but the lady on the counter refused to take this into consideration.

The customer service telephone desk refused to do anything and said they would not be able to issue a refund.

This is very poor customer service especially when it's reasonable to assume individuals who apply for a basic English test are going to have poor English in completing the registration form.

They do not actually have "Post a review" button/link/page.
The customers cannot leave a review on eKomi.

Very bad company when you come to end your contract. You have been warned

I used this company for my business for 3 years. First watch for these scammers and they make you sign a contract for a year. What they don't tell you is that they make the contract Renee every year and tie you down. Secondly they Try to scam you and bill you multiple times for the same service month. Even if you have paid it. They give you the run around and you have proof to them that you have paid the invoice, where they come back say oh it was a accounting mistake. If a company has this many accounting mistakes, it would hire a new accounting department. Not the case here, because they are thieves and drive there business on doubling billing.

After finally canceling service in March of 2017 and have it go into effect aug 2017 ( because they had to milk the contract) yesterday 11/08/2018 a year and half later, they had the nerve to email me that I have an invoice outstanding in which again I had to provide proof.

They are still saying 3 invoices are outstanding which I haven't had time to go research and find the payments. Watch out and stay away from these scammers.

Very expensive and poor value for money.
If you do get revers and you stop your contract, they just wipe them all out.
Avoid.
