My wife and I love their products, currently have the Flick Duo and Axis and can highly recommend both. Their square pads are also much better than the cheap ones.

My original Flick Duo unit had a fault, their customer service is excellent and the unit was replaced.

Products arrived promptly and as advertised and are of a high quality.

I received my order very soon after I ordered I ordered it, but was very disappointed that it did not work, I have the electrastim EM80-E device which is compatible.

Many company's make it has difficult as possible for customers to contact them or get any satisfaction if they have a problem. ElectraStim and Andy I am pleased to say are a refreshing change from the norm. In Andy's own words "we try to view things from the customers perspective". He has answered my emails in a prompt manner and offered solutions on the rare occasion I had a problem or wanted more information. One of the pin connectors broke on my estim unit. He sent me a couple of new ones free of charge with instructions on how to dissemble the unit. He posted them at end of work and unbelievable they were delivered the next day to my home in Thailand.

Recently I purchased another estim unit which unfortunately went missing. Andy sent another one out free of charge straight away with no ifs or buts.

In conclusion.
I cannot praise ElectraStim or Andy enough.

I got exactly what I needed to convert different accessories from different systems, which was the intention. The price of these single wires is really very high for what they are and the packaging was perhaps excessive for the contents. Service was good and fast dispatch / delivery. Overall 4/5 - cost of an adaptor which looks poorly finished dropped a point for me.

I got the Axis and ALL the output plugs fell apart in a very short time so had to hard wire the leads in .... the all but one switch failed and I had to rebuild them out of others I had layin around ...... now after going into the settings it locked up and wont start now ..... The stimming pleasure was good using line in and smartstim to run it but would not recommend anyone buy one espesially for the price

needs more power rather on the weaker side
