I ordered a new PC, tracking data appeared only on the day of delivery when FedEx told me that it had been delivered and signed for in Karachi - I live in Edinburgh. I see that another reviewer (Richard Johnson) had the same experience. The company told me a fairy story about it being damaged in transit and another PC would be sent. I was offered a refund and 15% compensation which I accepted. Fortunately I had paid by PayPal and they refunded me within 5 days, 2 months later I'm still waiting for the compensation.

Ordered an aircon unit. I then got a email with them cancelling my order and telling me to log in to check my message. I logged in it had no message. Still awaiting refund and the amount stated via paypal is less than i paid with no explanation. Avoid!

Avoid' They were the only company supposedly in the UK selling a particularly good printer (apart from Amazon that was importing it from USA). Waited 4 weeks for it to arrive. Got a tracking note to say it had been delivered to Karachi! They said they would order (sic) another one for me. Eventually got fed up and asked for money back. They agreed and said they would pay compensation. No money arrived. Fortunately I had paid for it by PayPal and they promptly refunded the money.
