If I could give this Company negative stars I would …It’s the most abysmal Company I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with..I ordered an Air Conditioning Unit back in August ..They gave me a delivery date of 2nd September..They then had the Funds of 389.99 Pending in my account until I provided ID…This was very bizarre asking for ID for an air conditioning unit …They asked me for my passport Details..or driving licence…I’m 68 years old and I’m Disabled …This has caused to so much distress and tears as Nearly 400 pounds for an Air conditioning unit I DID NOT RECEIVE…But the cheeky Scammers took The money …I’m now in dispute with them Via my bank …Do NOT use this scam of a company..I Even Told them I wanted to cancel my order well within the allotted time …they didn’t cancel it ..So no Air Conditioning unit and 400 pounds down for a 68 year old pensioner …furious

I ordered a fan on 13th Aug, I waited for the delivery date 19th Aug & it didn't arrive. The contact number is a Vape shop. I am currently having to go through the bank to try & get my money back 😡

Total scam avoid like the plague.
Had to contact the bank to get money back. Selling airconditioner during summer but they don't deliver. Phone number goes to a vape shop..keep well away from these theives

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS A SCAM. I BOUGHT A DEHUMIDIFIER AND HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED. I WAITED UNTIL THE STATED DELIVERY DATE ...NOTHING ARRIVED NO TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED. I HAVE BEEN CHASING THEM EVERYDAY FOR 2 WEEKS NOW..NO RESPONSE!

ordered a icemaking machine, order stated this was done through shopify. Delivery date come and gone, attempted to track no ordered showing.
tried to call number on website and it was a wine shop in london, address on google also confirmed this. Luckily paid via credit card so hopefully wont lose money.

Scam website ordered a ice machine original email said was shipping through shopify.com order doesn't exist. Delivery date been an gone no further information only generic email when put the order in emailed the website no reply now going through my bank fraud team

This is a warning, this is another shop that has set up on Shopify selling air conditioners at greatly reduced prices, especially in this UK heatwave when prices have risen hugely...
I checked the telephone number and it's a vape shop, and the address is a vape shop in London....
So I hope I have saved you money but not falling victim to fraud.....
