Zum Hintergrund: Verweigern zunÀchst die RÌcknahme von Ware und diskutieren auf unprofessionellstem, unseriösem Niveau. Die können sich sicher sein, dass mit so einem katastrophalen Auftreten jegliche geschÀftliche Beziehung beendet ist. DarÌber wird offen gesprochen werden.

Kvaliteta zvuka je izrazito loÅ¡a â priguÅ¡en, nejasan i ispod razine koju bi Äovjek oÄekivao za ovaj cjenovni rang. Usporedno imam sluÅ¡alice iste marke stare 7 godina koje su bile u istom rangu cijene i zvuÄe znaÄajno bolje od ovih novih.
Nakon reklamacije i molbe za zamijenu ili povrat sredstavava dobio sam odgovor koji se svodi na to da je âposlovna politikaâ ne nuditi zamjenu ili povrat, Äak i kad proizvod oÄito ne ispunjava svoju osnovnu svrhu. Takav pristup smatram neprihvatljivim i nepoÅ¡tenim prema kupcu.
Umjesto rjeÅ¡enja problema, kupac se prebacuje na servis i formalnosti, bez stvarne volje da se ispravi oÄiti nedostatak u kvaliteti proizvoda.
Na temelju mog iskustva, ne mogu preporuÄiti kupnju, pogotovo ako se oÄekuje normalna razina kvalitete i podrÅ¡ke nakon prodaje.

Ambilight radi, ali ekran je potpuno crn. Dakle, prodan mi je pokvaren ureÄaj.
PokuÅ¡avala sam satima dobiti korisniÄku podrÅ¡ku, zvala sam oba njihova sluÅŸbena broja, ali se nitko ne javlja. Potpuni ignor i bezobrazluk prema kupcu koji je platio skup proizvod.
Ne ÅŸelim servis, ne ÅŸelim zamjenu. Åœelim da netko HITNO doÄe po taj TV i da mi se vrati novac.

We purchased a mobile phone from Ellipso Store and even though IT was never used, it couldnât be exchanged. Unfortunately, the phone didnât suit an elderly person. Although itâs advertised as being designed for seniors, it simply wasnât user-friendly enough. The store refused to exchange it, citing consumer protection laws or something similar. But honestly, that kind of attitude toward customers is a big zero.

Kupio sam u poslovnici Elipso (City Center One East, Zagreb) Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, uvjeren da se radi o najnovijem modelu iz 2025. godine. ProdavaÄu sam izriÄito rekao da ÅŸelim novi model, a on mi je prodao proÅ¡logodiÅ¡nji (2024) bez da je to jasno naglasio. Na izloÅŸbenom stalku takoÄer nije bilo nikakve oznake godine, a ureÄaj je bio postavljen odmah pored najnovijeg Galaxy Watch 8 Classic i novih modela mobitela. Time sam doveden u zabludu.
Kad sam shvatio da se radi o starijem modelu, odmah sam kontaktirao trgovinu. Djelatnici su mi rekli da niÅ¡ta ne mogu uÄiniti i uputili me na voditeljicu maloprodaje. Napisao sam joj detaljan prigovor i priloÅŸio fotografije iz trgovine, ali sam dobio odgovor pun netoÄnih informacija (npr. da je model star 6 mjeseci, iako je na trÅŸiÅ¡tu viÅ¡e od godine dana, te da je razlika izmeÄu modela samo u memoriji, Å¡to je neistina).
Elipso se pozvao na to da je âjamstvo aktiviranoâ i da ureÄaj âne mogu vratiti u prodajuâ. To nije pravno utemeljeno â aktivacija jamstva ne poniÅ¡tava pravo potroÅ¡aÄa kod zavaravajuÄe poslovne prakse, Å¡to je jasno definirano Zakonom o zaÅ¡titi potroÅ¡aÄa.

Prigovor sam proslijedio udrugama za zaÅ¡titu potroÅ¡aÄa i DrÅŸavnom inspektoratu. Ovaj sluÄaj jasno pokazuje kako Elipso tretira svoje kupce: prodajom pogreÅ¡nog proizvoda i odbijanjem odgovornosti.
Preporuka: izbjegavajte Elipso ako ne ÅŸelite riskirati sliÄna iskustva.

I received an Instax camera as a birthday gift and, unfortunately, I was disappointed because I had hoped for a different model. The day after the purchase, the camera was handed to me and I immediately went to your store with the intention of exchanging it â less than 24 hours had passed, and the camera had not been used.
Unfortunately, I was told that exchanges are not allowed due to âstore policy,â and I wasnât even able to speak to anyone in person â I was simply told to send an email. I was honestly shocked by such an approach. The gift is basically wasted, along with the money that was spent. The camera remains untouched, and I have no way to do anything about it.
I am deeply disappointed with your store policy, which allows no room for understanding or flexibility in cases like this. I believe it is in the interest of any serious retailer to accommodate such situations â especially when the product is brand new, unused, and returned within the shortest possible timeframe.
By refusing this exchange, Elipso is directly violating consumer protection rights.

ZnaÄi, nikad viÅ¡e niÅ¡ta ovdje neÄu kupiti. Prvi put su mi prodali friÅŸider koji od poÄetka nije radio kako treba. Tek nakon dugog Äekanja i brojnih mejlova s podrÅ¡kom, napokon su ga zamijenili. Novi su, meÄutim, dostavili bez ikakvog odgovarajuÄeg pakiranja.
Skoro smo, naÅŸalost, kupili i TV. Radnici ni sami ne znaju Å¡to prodaju â uzeli smo TV koji ne podrÅŸava aplikaciju preko koje gledamo sadrÅŸaj, iako smo ih to izriÄito pitali. Zamjenu ne ÅŸele napraviti niti priznaju greÅ¡ku. Svu odgovornost prebacuju na kupca i potpuno ignoriraju pravo na zamjenu u roku od dva tjedna, koje je zagarantirano EU zakonima.

Then, after just 5 washingsâagain, a mistakeâthe service claims we have to change your motor. Can you believe that in less than a month, the dishwasher is not working? They sold us a malfunctioning, expensive product, and they do not want to send us a new one or give us our money back. Imagine if you bought a new car and in less than a month you had to change the engine. They are completely avoiding the law and do not even reply to our emails.
