Bei den Mitarbeiter bei Nobis im Edeka Markt Richterich musste ich heute morgen leider feststellen, dass sie keine Ahnung von Backwaren haben. Es wurden neue Franchipanis in die Theke gestapelt nicht einzeln reingelegt. Die Törtchen klebten teilweise aneinander und waren ohne Kirschaufsatz.

Die Qualität hat bei Nobis allgemein nachgelassen. Man merkt, dass alles nur noch am Fließband gebacken wird. Auffallend war bei den Franchipanis und den Rollkuchen, dass diese im Zuckerguss erstickten und auch nicht gleichmäßig bestrichen waren (Franchipanis). Der runtergelaufene Zuckerguss hatte an allen Ecken Tropfen gebildet, sehr schade. Der Preis ist allerdings für alle Backwaren extrem gestiegen.

Poêle performant, mais très très déçue du service après vente italien
Nous rencontrons un problème avec la commande à distance du poêle, qui ne fonctionne pas depuis l’installation de notre poêle (alors qu’on avait choisit ce poêle aussi pour cette fonctionnalité)
Notre installateur n’arrive pas à se faire livrer la pièce depuis l’Italie… !?!
Ça dure depuis presque 6 mois… que faut il faire???

Très déçu de la qualité. L’étanchéité est loin d’être au rendez-vous, sous une pluie soutenue, j’ai littéralement pris l’eau, et il a fallu plus de deux jours pour que la veste sèche complètement. Pour une marque positionnée haut de gamme, c’est inacceptable.
De plus, la qualité du tissu laisse vraiment à désirer. Des peluches sont rapidement apparues sur les manches et le bas du dos, donnant un aspect usé alors que la veste est pourtant peu portée.
Au vu du prix, je m’attendais à un produit fiable et durable, ce qui n’est clairement pas le cas. Je ne recommande pas.

Don't buy a coat with fur trim from Nobis I bought a parka with fur trim last winter and the first day I wore it the fur fell out in clumps and there was so much fur around me and on the shoulders of the coat. I thought the fur was left over from the manufacturing process but after wearing it 2 or 3 times the fur came out and the trim on the hoodie got shabby. I contacted Nobis and they wanted to inspect my fur so I sent it in via international mail (I live in the US). Conclusion? Your fur is fine so they can't do anything about it so I'm sending it back! Well I have several fur trims from other brands but this is the first time I've seen the fur fall out in clumps like Nobis. Also their handling of customer complaints is the worst. I will never buy Nobis stuff again. See pictures.

The staff will also advise on other venues, but unlike alit of venues they don’t have hosts pestering you to come inside for food or drink

Acheté neuf, appareil sous garantie mais au bout de 3 mois d'utilisation, un bruit infernal provenant de la partie ventilation (ventilateur mal fixé à son bras)
Bricolage par l'installation de taquets fait par le revendeur amis un bruit de fond entêtant subsiste
A priori dixit le revendeur, NOBIS refuse de faire jouer la garantie. Obligé d'entreprendre des démarches officielles auprès du revendeur répondant à la DGCCRF qu'il changerait le ventilateur mais depuis aucune nouvelle !!

The customer service phone number,no one picks up. Nobis the fashionable, athletic option to Canada Goose. Tried buying one of their sub zero friendly long coats,but they didn't fit for an athletic build. The fur around the collar with the shipped coat looked tattered,tried allowing it to 'fluff'up overnight. No go, returned. Enter Nobis. Never heard of this brand considering it was founded in 2007? Long coat remained the mission,and I located one without fur, windproof, a puffer on one side, reverse to waterproof on the other. Fjallraven doesn't offer any waterproofing in a long style that is -30C with the same function, aesthics. It's been 3 seasons of wear when the temperatures dove into -10 and less with a windchill. The puffer side can handle some flurries. I think its been only worn on the waterproof side a handfull of times. It is great knowing I can be warm wearing my Nobis long down in a t-shirt, and pants in sub zero temperatures. I also have their light beanie from donating to their no cold shoulder campaign,wear it even though it's not a natural material like wool* Experience was winter 2022

Had a poor interaction with Casey. Overall not very impressed with my experience, not one bit. Would highly recommend purchasing a more reputable jacket brand such as Canada Goose…

Actually had an opposite experience. Customer service was very patient. Even let me exchange a coat were the tags had come off(due to being stuck in the zipper the thread of the tags broke). Their sizing is extremely confusing though. All their coats don't fit the same and this is poorly advertised. Overall, it's a good brand but so difficult to find the right product.

Qui pourrait m'aider? j'ai un poele nobis a8quadra. L'application nobis-fi ne marchait, plus je l'ai desinstallee. Je souhaite actuellement la reinstaller. Impossible de recreer mon compte. Apres avoir entre le mail j'ai toujours le message: ce compte mail est deja dans nos fichiers. Alors comment font les personnes qui changent de telephone? Mon vendeur (qui a encaisse 7467,01€) me repond que toute intervention est payante. Un revendeur serieux pourrait peut-etre m'aider? Si je dois payer le moindre conseil, un concurrent sera plus meritant que mon vendeur qui n'assure aucun service.

Terrible company. Overpriced garbage and terrible customer service. Buy a reputable brand and dont give this company a chance.

Customer service is really bad. They haven't responded to my email and it has been about two weeks now. I left a review on the website, however, it is not posted nor will be posted because it was not a five-star review. It's a great jacket but in my opinion, overpriced. I received mine with a thread that’s 3 inches long hanging. If I'm paying a large amount for the jacket because it is priced that high then why is there a loose thread hanging from it? It's crazy to me. They do not care about customer satisfaction.

During the last year's Black Friday season I noticed Nobis were offering a Black Friday deal for a Yatesy Parka. I already own a Cartel Bomber Jacket so I am accustomed to the Nobis brand and quality from previous years. I purchased the Yatesy Parka and it arrived in a fancy box. Upon opening the box I was immediately let down by what I saw. The fur ruff was a disgrace. I've seen better hair on a rats back. It was irregular in form and absolutely no function whatsoever. Very poor quality for Nobis and I am afraid they have damaged their reputation with me and the business. We all used Nobis Jackets in our business but have been forced to review that policy. It's not good when a company like Nobis loses it concern for it's reputation and purports to sell quality apparell. In a nutshell they don't any longer. Don't waste your time go for Woolrich or Canada Goose etc. Nobis Customer Care simply doesn't care. I think may be it was because I ordered a jacket from abroad and therefore Nobis fobbed me off with sub-standard jacket. Really disappointing! A returning customer and I didn't make any difference. Sure I got a refund but the point is I went out of my way to seek out that jacket only to get a low quality version and eventually my money back. Nobis you are very poor when it comes to customer satisfaction. Your quality control is lacking too. Take greater care if you want to gain more European customers. I'm sure I wouldn't have this complaint with one of your main competitors would I?

Doesn’t surprise me this company has 1 star reviews...... I purchased an item and the coat was too heavy for me and since I took off tags I could not return it, I then listed item on poshmark for sale and the legal team for nobis said I infringed on there legal rights? This company is a joke, am I selling multiple items no the one coat that did not work out for me. I will never purchase an item with nobis this company is horrible and clearly has nothing better to do than look for listings on poshmark

ABSOLUTE WORTHLESS lifetime warranty!!!
Bought a Yatesy Long Parka. One the long stitchings are falling apart and it's leaking down. It has only been cleaned by professionals and stored gently.
I've written back and forth with their customer service employee Ryan. I've sent a detailed discription and a lot of pictures, showing the issue, but only to receive a reply telling me, that they think (quote): "looks similar to wear and tear" (it's in great condition, as proved on several pictures) and they won't stick to their promised LIFETIME WARRANTY and only will repair it, if I'm paying for it + shipping (Denmark to Canada)!
I CAN ONLY WARN AND ADVISE PEOPLE NOT TO SHOP AT THIS FRAUD COMPANY, SINCE THEY SCREW OVER THEIR CUSTOMERS! AVOID!!!
