A totally horrible experience
A totally horrible experience. They took my money promising one carrier, sent by another cheaper one. Then they sent my parcel to wrong country, got it back to UK, sent it to my country buy couldn't say to which city. They don't reply to emails, do not like to help customers waiting for 6 weeks for a 2 week delivery. Each step that went wrong took 5 working days to acknowledge, another 5 days to rectify.
In the end I named and shamed them on large social media forums, and eventually got my money back. Few weeks of my life which I would rather forget.

Hi Sudipta. It's rare that International orders go missing, but when they do it often takes time to find out what's going on. We wish it could happen faster but that's out of our control. Our team spent a lot of time trying to resolve this for you via phone calls and emails to the relevant people and I can assure you we did everything we could. I appreciate that this wasn't ideal, but we send packages to customers all over the world and our record for delivery times is generally excellent.

I have used a few E-Cig website to order liquids and I have to say this is by far the best. Not only the easiest as it combines most popular brands but the variety they have available. They have free delivery on orders over £30. you can get up to £30 and then use a discount code and its still free. I have had 2 deliveries from them and both have arrived within 2 days of ordering. I can't see me going anywhere else in the near future.
