Excellent service from Emergency Clean Uk. Initially dealt with Matt who explained the process and arranged the job within a week.
I had a tenant who had been extreme hoarding for years. Michael and his team of technicians were thorough, speedy, efficient and professional.
Great communication with both myself and the tenant throughout the 3 days.
Happy to recommend them and glad that I found them. Big thanks to all.

From my initial consultation with Corey to the visit from Michael, my experience with Emergency Clean UK was impeccable. Corey promptly identified what was required and subsequently arranged for Michael to attend my property just the following day. Michael was both incredibly patient and empathetic towards the situation inside my household, carefully outlining the process before thoroughly disinfecting the contaminated area. Overall, the employees and service from this company was exemplary, they rendered a very unpleasant scenario as pleasant as it could possibly be, and enabled me to get back to full usage of my house, for which I’m very grateful. I can’t recommend them enough

Excellent service. We bought a house where there was human and pet urine on the floorboards in a bedroom. Two lovely people removed all the floorboards and treated the room. All the smell has gone and with new floorboards we are back to normal. Our carpenters said they had never seen such a good cleaning job. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, kind compassionate throughout due to the circumstances involved. Kept up to date throughout the whole process. Jemma was amazing from the first call/emails. I met with the team at the property to discuss the situation. Again, very kind, caring and professional. Photographic evidence was provided before, during and after the clean up. They went above what was asked without any hesitation. Kept personal items etc. to one side. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them also to anyone.

Can not praise this company enough. My father passed away and I needed his room cleaned and and some contaminated items removed.
From the initial phone call with Matt who was helpful and sensitive to the situation, a quick quote and a technician booked in quickly.
The technician was Paul who came and cleaned the area. Paul was professional, sensitive and did an excellent job.
I would recommend this company to anybody and would not hesitate to use them again

Amazing service. I was nervous about having people in my loft to clear problems caused by rats visiting. Matt, who I spoke to was very informed and put steps in place to reduce my concerns. The three guys that visited were hard working and respectful. They went way beyond their remit and helped me to clear out unwanted stuff and lay new insulation. The only demand they put on us was for water, as it was a very hot day (even hotter loft space). For jobs like this, the customer is exposed to "unforeseen costs" and having their valuable belongings being exposed to strangers. These guys went beyond what I paid for and were a pleasure to have in our home. I very much recommend this company for any hazardous material removal. Be assured that they are very professional and are use to dealing with difficult work.

We had to call on Emergency Clean UK for an urgent job clearing hazardous waste. A quick call on the Monday morning and the team were on site in a couple of hours. An extremely professional service and we were kept informed with a full report all along.

My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. I needed a specialist clean up after a rat infestation in a summer house. Everything was fully explained and all my questions were answered. I received a detailed quote and was fully aware of what to expect with no hidden charges. The specialist cleaner was efficient, knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional. All waste was removed as agreed and the area left spotless. I highly recommend this company.

I reached to this company to assist in clearing my late father’s house, I believe that there had been squatters in there at one time and had left the house in a mess. I reached out on a Thursday and they were booked in for the following Tuesday. Micheal and his team turned up early and worked all the way through to 5:30. They did an amazing job, in both clearing the rubbish and clearing all the furniture out. They kept me in the loop and checked in with me about certain items. I am very grateful to them for how quick and how much they got done in just one day.

Michael did a superb job, cleaning and sterilising our shed - including taking 10 bags of clutter away! He was very personable and worked for 4 hours solid, without taking a break. Would definitely recommend.

The team did a fantastic job of deep cleaning and de cluttering my Dads flat. They were kind, patient and completely lovely while being super efficient. Very reasonable price for amount of work and time given. Would recommend.

From start to finish emergency clean team were very clear, consistent and professional with contact and quotes.
My mother is a hoarder and her flat had become unliveable. Emergency clean came out on a bank holiday and did a fantastic job. They must have been there for over 9 hours and kept me updated with videos and pictures. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and I know the landlord is grateful to have a rentable flat back.

I called Emergencycleanuk as I quickly needed my parents' home cleaned so it was safe for them to live in. It was a Saturday night but the cleaner Paul came round within an hour & had sorted everything within an hour. Carpets were completely spotless. Paul was really professional, friendly & understanding of the situation. Great service!

Our large balconies in London were covered with quite a lot of bird droppings and general London filth. We phoned up Emergency Clean UK to enquire about the services. Jemma was very helpful and we had a quote very quickly and the cleaning was arranged for the very next day.
Paul arrived promptly the following morning and worked very hard cleaning the artificial grass, the balustrades and the glass.
He is meticulous and courteous and did a fantastic job for us. We are delighted.

So happy with the team, they got us back into our house after rodent damage. Everything was very fast, very professional and very efficient. Well worth it!
